About: After years of fostering rescue dogs, we’re experienced at creating a calm, loving home where dogs can relax, play, and feel genuinely safe. We have experience with a wide range of personalities, including anxious dogs, energetic dogs, and those who need a little extra structure or reassurance. But beyond the training side, we simply love spending time with dogs. Long walks, playtime, cuddles, enrichment, and making them feel at home are the heart of what we do. Our goal is for you to leave feeling confident your dog is genuinely cared for, understood, and loved while you are away. We work regular weekdays 8-4. I work from home 2 days a week, which I can usually schedule to be home as much as possible while your dog is with us. When in the office, your dog will be lounging in our comfortable home from 7am-4pm. We have no current pets and only take one family at a time, so your dog(s) will have plenty of individualized attention and avoid the stress of other personalities. Our large property is not fenced, so we will always personally walk your dog around the property. This helps create a trust bond quickly with your dog, and means that your dog will never be left unsupervised in a yard. We love to send you pics throughout the visit!

I’ve had dogs and other animals (cats, guniea pigs, hamsters, reptiles, bunnies) my entire life, and even have worked in the dog daycare industry as well as volunteered in the dog rescue world. I have worked with many local dog rescues including fostering and some behavioural work, as well as reference checks. I have also been an adoption coordinator and held fundraisers for rescues in the GTA. I have worked for over three years in different daycare and boarding environments and have decided that I like the personal in-home touch better than a kennel. Having a dog feel at home while their owners are away is super important to me, it’s what I would want for my dogs if I were away! I cater to your style, dogs are allowed on furniture and in bed if that’s what they’re used to. However if you don’t want your pets on furniture; I am also happy to keep up any boundaries you maintain in your regular routine if that’s applicable to you. I have experience in many different styles of dog training and we can work together to make sure that your dog is in a routine that they would be in while you were home! I work 5 minutes from home and often take an hour lunch break to come home and walk the dogs. For safety, no dogs (that are not from the same family and allowed to stay together) will be kept together unsupervised. A segregated spot in the house will be made for my own dogs and your dog(s) so they can have their own space if I am at work. I currently work out of the house, but I am off every other weekend. My husband, Mike, is off every Wednesday and Weekend. Your pet will join our routine. I have two friendly dogs of my own to provide company. About: Took a break from Rover to care for an ailing parent. Now we're back and ready to offer exceptional and loving care to your fur baby. Over the past 25 years, we have owned many breeds of dogs, from puppies to older furry friends, giving us extensive experience in pet care. Our fur baby passed away last fall so looking to fill the void by caring for new furry friends in our neighborhood. We are retired and one of us is always home. We love to putter around our yard and will have plenty of time to walk, play and indulge our furry guests. We prefer having your fur baby stay at our home. We have close to an acre of land so plenty of space to play. It's a non fenced yard but we have a 100 foot leash that allows them to explore the property while staying safe. They'll never be left out alone! When in the house with us, they're welcome to join us on the couch and we're happy to have them snuggle on the bed with us. We want our furry guests to feel safe, secure and loved while visiting.

I am the kind of person that will go see the dog and not talk to all the people that are there. Be prepared for your loved one to get 3-4 walks a day along with an hour play time or a trip to the dog park daily! I have a fenced yard. My golden retriever is very patient and loves all types of dogs. If your dog is allowed on the couch or bed, well so is mine. I would rather your dog be able to cuddle and be comfy right beside me during the night to make them feel trust, and feel more comfortable in a strange environment I am able make every animal feel like home. Just ask my references … if your dog likes burger patties from McDonalds or pup cups from star bucks… I’m your girl… I am very experienced with highly reactive and aggressive dogs as well. Unfortunately, I do Have a dog of my own, but can manage very well as I am highly trained with aggressive dogs. I believe all dogs can be trained in a well loved and supportive environment once triggers are identified I spoil every animal like it’s my own! Great with puppies and super forgiving. We all make mistakes even if it’s our furniture!!! I have tons of training experience to make this not happen! The bunnies get kibble and veggies in the morning. The cats get wet food in the morning and at night. Dry kibble out all day and hay out all day for the bunnies. We clean their cage 1/ week, and the cats litter gets changed every 3 days. About: I am a former dog owner of an 18 year old Cockapoo I lost 1,5 years ago. Prior to this I cared for my 19 year old Spaniel/terrier. In addition, I am listed on Trusted House sitters as a Five star House/pet sitter. My last girl, I took care of her in Pallative state, administering, meds, special allergy bathing , going to the Vet for fluids and other treatments. Carry her down the deck stairs for her potty time when her ability was no longer there to climb up and down stairs etc. I had both of my dogs as a puppy and trained them with some dog trainers and my own training. I still have bedding, dishes, wire and mesh crate, toys! I am retired, I have some spare time depending on some days between appointments and trips into Ottawa. I would be more available during the day and early evenings I have a fenced yard, with plenty of grass down below the deck area. I am close to walking trails and sidewalks outside of my home. I do have a wired and mesh crate. I may administer some oral medication. Walk, feed, give lots of love, hugs and attention to your fur baby!

About: I’ve been watching dogs for 7 years now. I love all types of dogs. But the first dog I ever got close to was a pitbull. He was the first over night dog sit/house sit. I ever did, the couple would travel often due to work. So I would dog sit about 2/3 times a week. I did that for about two years and gained a lot of experience with dogs due to that job. I also find dog walking a great way to stay healthy and active with out it feeling like a work out. I’ve enjoyed dogging sitting ever since I started and don’t plan to stop. I work from home 2 days a week, which I can usually schedule to be home as much as possible while your dog is with us. When in the office, your dog will be lounging in our comfortable home from 7am-4pm. We have no current pets and only take one family at a time, so your dog(s) will have plenty of individualized attention and avoid the stress of other personalities. Our large property is not fenced, so we will always personally walk your dog around the property. This helps create a trust bond quickly with your dog, and means that your dog will never be left unsupervised in a yard. We love to send you pics throughout the visit!

About: My family started off with small dogs. By the time I was in middle school we were rescue housing huge dogs. I love cats. I might like them more than any other animal. I’ve dealt with puppies to old age dogs. I’m currently in PT school and looking to make extra cash. I’m open to discuss schedules and availability outside of what is listed on my calendar.
