Because she is older and sometimes experiences confusion and anxiety, being away from us for an extended time has been stressful for her in the past. This time was very different. Nicole and family followed all instructions carefully and truly went above and beyond. She didn’t just drop in, she spent time closely interacting with our girl, giving her the affection, play, snuggles, lap time, and lots of gentle attention. Our senior cat does best when she has people around to help her feel safe and relaxed, Nicole and family met all her needs. We also really appreciated the daily updates so we could see how things were going at home. When we came home, she seemed calm, happy, and much less stressed than after previous trips. About: I spent 11 wonderful years with my two standard poodles Molly and Loki. I recently lost them in the past couple years and miss them dearly. I would like to offer daycare and lodging for poodles and doodles. I am highly allergic to other breeds so I need to stick with the breed I love. My husband and I are retired and can offer much comfort and love to your babies when you travel or are at work. They will be spoiled rotten and adored while in my care. We are both retired and available quite often unless we are planning to travel. This is not a career for us. I am simply doing this because I love the breed and miss my dog's dearly but I'm just not ready to get another dog. I have a fenced in yard and can also walk dogs weather permitting. Pups will have the run of the house. We would never feed a pup anything that was not provided as both our dogs had gastro issues and we know how important it is to their health not to feed them off diet.

About: I have volunteered and worked over 10 years with an animal rescue. I have a lot of experience with different dog breeds, ages, personalities, and special needs. I have been a dog owner my whole life. I currently have one dog, a 9year old lab/heeler mix. She is friendly and loves to meet new friends! I currently work part-time from home which allows me to care for your dog full-time. I'm very open and flexible with schedules. I'm available for short or long term stays. I don't have a fenced in yard, but I do have 3 acres for your fur baby to run around and play. I will also akways keep your dog on a leash outside if needed. My home is a caring and loving environment where your dog will feel safe and loved. My husband and I treat our dogs like our kids and will treat yours the same!
