“Kasi was amazing! My family and I took a 10 day trip down to Florida. Kasi made sure that both myself and my pup felt comfortable before we went away. We did a meet and greet with my boy and her golden, and then we did a full day of doggy daycare. Kasi gave me daily updates and pictures. It was so great to see my boy having such a good time with her golden. I’m so happy we went with Kasi! I will definitely contact her again in the future!”

“My girls had the best time with Andi-Lynn and Family, we had photo updates after the first night and I felt really at ease, thank you so much again for an awesome stay!”

“I can’t begin to say enough about Gabrielle and her care for my elderly dog. I had to leave suddenly for 6 weeks to go to the West coast to help with a daughter who was ill in the hospital. Gabrielle’s calm, caring and patient way of listening and reading her visiting dogs is a true gift. My elderly deaf pup became part of her family in every way and I never had a worry the whole time I was away. I of course would highly recommend Gabrielle to anyone looking for pet care that goes above and beyond. Thank you Gabrielle from the bottom of my heart.”

“Tammy was ah-mazing!!! I wouldn't hesitate to leave my dog Charlie with her again anytime! Charlie is not the easiest dog to look after but Tammy handled everything flawlessly! Tammy and her lovely family were all so kind and they sent lots of photos too. A+ service and sweetness! Thank you Tammy and co.!!”

“Nelaida was exceptional. Maggie usually takes a while to take to people, but Nelaida’s calm, loving manner won her over in minutes. I felt totally at ease in leaving my precious pup with her. I definitely would recommend her to anyone with looking for a small dog sitter. Maggie gave her five doggie kisses! Karrin”

“Aleksandra took great care of Fiona during her weekend stay. She was responsive and flexible with pickup and drop-off times, and I could tell Fiona had been well looked after. Her calm and steady energy created a peaceful environment, which Fiona definitely appreciated. Thank you again for hosting her!”

“Alessia and her family have been amazing at sitting for my puppy, Gia. I knew she was going to be in good hands when we first met. They are attentive, caring, and well informed. I appreciated the updates/photos during my time away from her. Will definitely book with them again!”

“Meaghen and her girls were great with Dyson! He was comfortable and so happy there. We are lucky we found her last minute and she took him in without hesitation. We will definitely ask Meaghen to watch Dyson again during our next stay in Cobourg!”

“We just cannot thank Elizabeth (Jayne) enough for all the love and attention she gave our old boy, Jack while we were away on vacation. Jayne was happy to be in touch with us and regularly sent pics and videos. Jack doesn’t always do well without us, but he settled in quickly and absolutely loved all the walks, love and attention he got at Jayne’s house! Jack is diabetic so it was such a relief knowing that Jayne had lots of experience giving insulin too. We will most definitely be calling Jayne again! Thank you, Jayne!”

As a full-time teacher, my schedule is wonderfully open during the summer months, allowing me to be home full-time to give your pets round-the-clock attention, companionship, and care. During the school year, my routine is structured around my teaching hours, but I am fully dedicated to maintaining consistent feeding, walking, and play schedules before and after school, ensuring your pets always feel secure and prioritized. In my quiet country setting close to Rice Lake, pets enjoy a relaxing getaway featuring scenic walks on nearby trails and plenty of companionship from my friendly 5 year old pug. About: I grew up taking care of animals, inclusive of dogs, cats and goats. I have an affinity with animals and truly enjoy spending time with them. In particular, dogs mean a great deal to me and because I do not have children, dogs have become the object of my love and care and have given that back to me. I have rescued a great deal of domestic and wild animals (raccoons, opossums and a number of birds). I regularly volunteer at the Quinte Humane Society as well. My most recent sits have included large properties in Prince Edward County and Marysville and surrounding areas, with both small dogs, large dogs and multiple pets. I have also taken care of an 80 acre goat farm in Owen Sound for three weeks, taking care of the house and grounds as well. I can also take care of your plants inside and out, garbage and recycling, and am open to other duties that can be discussed at the time of a meet and greet. I always have a meet and greet at least 2 weeks (whenever possible) before my sit, so you can feel comfortable with me, my two little dogs that come with me, and your pets can feel comfortable too! I am a traveler as well and know how important it is to leave one's pet in exceptional care when one is away. I will not only show love and affection to your pet; but as a teacher I value the safety, care and protection of other people's cherished possessions. I have two years experience dog walking, including rescue dogs, as well. Your dogs will be cared for and loved in your own home or in mine, if that is something you choose. I do have two small, (under 6 pounds) female Morkies who will be in my home or coming with me, so your pet will need to be okay in the company of two well behaved, but fun loving dogs. RATE BREAKDOWN: HOUSE/PET SITTING (in your home): $75/24 HOURS for 1st pet $25/24 HOURS for any additional pet PET BOARDING: $65/24 HOURS for 1st pet $35/24 HOURS for any additional pet PET DAYCARE: $50/8 HOURS (Times are flexible - Mon - Fri Only) I am only taking house/pet sitting jobs that are a minimum of 2 nights at this time. I am retired I am very flexible in terms of hours/length of time that I can spend with your pet(s) and in your home. I am home often during the evenings and weekends, working on my latest novel and will, like your pet, need breaks to walk, exercise and play with them. I have had dogs all of my life and as a teacher, I am someone who prepares and proactively thinks about the safety and protection of my pets, and this would be the case with yours as well.
“Zoe was absolutely fantastic! I was very nervous to leave my 3 furry sons, but she constantly reassured me everything would be fine, and sent me pictures and updates daily. When I saw how much fun my sons were having, I felt much more calm. She set everything up for them in her lovely home, and cared so well for them. I absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a critter sitter.”

About: I have cared for my own pets, cats & dogs, since childhood. As a grown up, in addition to my own pets, I’ve volunteered in various roles for several animal rescues & shelters: fundraising, community events, transportation, adoption screener & foster mom! I’ve also provided doggie daycare, dog boarding & kitty visits thru my home based Purrs & Paws B&B business which I’ve since closed. I have cared for just about all sizes & breeds of dogs, from Yorkies to Great Danes! I have a special place in my heart for our senior fur friends & am experienced in administering various medications, bathing & brushing, ear cleaning (dogs) & nail trimming (cats).

“You will NEVER find a better pet sitter than Kat. She cares for my cats like they were her own and my place always looks amazing when I come home. This is the third time I have used her when I went on vacation and every time she exceeds my expectations. Trust me, she is worth every penny. She is very honest you can trust her explicitly!”

“Jennifer looked after our three kitties who all have different eating habits, people comfort levels, and personalities. We received photos and stories from each visit and even our little kitty who is afraid of strangers came out a few times which means she felt safe and trusted Jennifer. Her daily updates were so helpful so we could adjust their care as needed. They got snuggles, brushed, toy play time and all their needs taken care of. We highly recommend her and will not hesitate to work with her again in future. Thank you for everything Jennifer!”

“Denise did a wonderful job with my kitten Nova. It was my first time using a pet sitting service and couldn't have asked for a better experience with her. Denise came for a meet and greet and was delightful and asked pertinent questions. She was on time, professional, provided medication with Nova's food, played with her and sent plenty of photos that helped put me at ease. Would recommend.”

About: I've always lived with cats most of my life as ive lived in an apartment. I currently have a cat and her name is Poppy, I recently got her a few years ago and she is the first cat ive had that will actually play fetch with her spring toys, its so cute ^.^
About: Hi, I’m Lee, a lifelong dog lover who grew up with dogs and have had several dogs throughout my life. My goal is to give your dog the best experience possible. He will be stimulated and given affection so we can build a bond. I can also brush them and cut their nails. I will work with any dog, big or small and love them all. They all have unique personalities depending on their breed and background. I'm looking forward to meeting your dog! I work as a delivery driver which allows me to work when I want, so therefore I can make myself available for your dog when the opportunity presents itself. I can follow your instructions to best meet your needs for your dog. My goal is to be their next favorite person to see besides yourself.

“Would absolutely book again. Kayleigh was very informative about our cats - their behaviour, habits, energy levels, etc. - through descriptions and pictures, which gave us a lot of comfort being away from them for so long.”

About: I completed my first pet sitting booking (10 days) and I was very successful! Not only were the cat and dog happy but the owner came home right after a major snowstorm to mostly shovelled driveway. My clients referred me to a friend! I intend to complete a pet first aid course in the spring. References upon request. Areas: Guelph, Hamilton, Ajax, Port Perry, Oshawa , Whitby, Vancouver Tri-city area, Peterborough, Cottage Country and more. I work from home so all I need is an internet connection! I am not glued to a desk and I like to situate myself where I can keep an eye out and be by the back door. Hour lunch break is playtime and before and after work a walk. I believe in providing for the pet’s normal routine. I keep my belongings and food out of reach and am ready for behaviours that might come up with their family away. Tummy rubs and playtime ease stress. I maintain the litter box daily so it doesn’t get out of hand. I have education in gerontology and earth science. I love older pets and will care for your plants too.
About: I'm not as new to professional pet caring now, but I'm constantly learning and I have respect and love for animals. I have cared for pet dog and cat from puppy to old age and I am always learning from experts on how to handle most situations that will arise. I am able to be extremely active and engaging with animals to ensure they are properly stimulated and socialized. I take my job very seriously as a guardian of a pet myself I know that they are as much family as pet. I will always take special care to listen to a pet's guardian's advice on how to care for their pet so that they are properly taken care of as they deserve and expect to be treated. I’m currently self employed and mainly work at night when my dogs are asleep. During the day I am free to look after not only my dogs but also other people’s pets as well. When I’m not working I’m often taking care of my dog’s needs. I follow instructions from pet owners and ask about their pet to find out what kind of care they need. Every dog has its own personality and needs and I do the best to treat them as their owner would treat them so their stay is as comfortable as possible.

“Kasi is open and very easy to communicate. She cares about our pup, and makes sure our pup has what he needs to feel like home. She also shared photos with us which put a big smile on our face. We'll be back with Kasi when we need help next time.”

About: I love dogs ever since I was a little girl. I have taken cared of friends’ and neighbors’ dogs. Being around dogs makes my heart happy, with me your dogs will treated like royalty and be showered with love. -small dog only environment - I only book a maximum of 4 small dogs , plus my own dog,,so your dog will only be around 4 small dogs which makes care and attention in good quality. -this is a childfree environment so there is less risk at our house of injury or your dog being triggered by something a kid could do and less stressful. I provide a clean and quiet environment. My work is flexible, I can work from home. I can take time off from work if I have booking or fully booked, so that the dogs are not left alone for long hours. pls check the gallery of photos with captions. For boarding: check in or drop off is 3pm , check out or pick up is 11am , these are flexible depends on what we agree. Some of my clients live too far away for a meet and greet, so in those cases I’m happy to waive it. I’ve had many wonderful experiences welcoming dogs without a prior meet and greet, and it’s always been a great stay for both the pups and me! I have a fenced yard , and just outside my fenced yard is a huge baseball field for my Katie and yours to run around with me. -It is a must that all their shots and ticks& flea meds are up to date .
About: Hi! I’m a huge animal lover with lots of experience caring for pets, and spending time with them is truly one of my favorite things. I love getting to know each pet’s little quirks and making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you’re away. Whether it’s slow morning walks, playtime, or extra cuddles on the couch, I treat every pet like they’re part of my own family. I’m patient, attentive, and always happy to follow your pet’s routine so they feel right at home. Your pet’s happiness and well-being mean everything to me, and I can’t wait to give them all the love and care they deserve. Pet care fits naturally into my day! I’m always making time for feeding, fresh water, walks, and play. Throughout the week I keep things tidy and make sure each pet gets plenty of attention, cuddles, and care. I keep things simple and stress-free for pets, whether they’re at my place or I’m at a client’s home. I follow their usual routine—feeding, fresh water, walks, playtime, and any special instructions. In my home, I make sure they have a cozy, safe space and plenty of attention. In a client’s home, I treat it with respect and keep their pet comfortable by sticking to the schedule and habits they’re used to.
“We were heading to Sandbanks provincial park beach for the day and Zoe took Oreo last minute for us so we could explore the beaches better - she was amazing with him! Thank you Zoe! Highly recommend this pup sitter.”

About: I had a family dog for 13 years. I have been on rover for a couple of years now and I have had all different kind of experiences through the app. I have had many different dog walking clients from puppies to senior dogs. I have done house sittings anywhere from 1 night to 5 week long stays, I’ve even just dropped in for a few hours to keep your animals company and take them on walks. I have looked after all kinds of dogs and cats and even chickens. I am so passionate about animals and making sure your animals are comfortable and happy during your time away! I just recently got 2 puppies so I have been training them and looking after them so I have recent experience with puppies as well. I currently am working part time but I am able to adjust my schedule to accommodate for your needs. If your animals can only be left alone for a certain amount of time I am more than happy to work around those hours. I typically don’t do house sitting in my own house. I feel it’s best for the animals to stay at their house so it’s an easier transition into having me look after them. The animal is typically a lot more comfortable having someone new around if it’s in their own home from my experience.
About: It all started with rabbits when I was a 4 year old. My dad bred them and we had well over 60 at one point. I had a pair of baby ducks when I was 8 years old. Then along came my budgie when I was 10. I have a lifelong experience of caring for many different types of pets. In the past I have had rabbits, ducks, a budgie, cockatiels, finches, rats, and aquariums. I took riding lessons as a teen and worked on the horse farm to pay for my lessons. I also have experience with exotic animals as I worked for a short time in a zoo. I have owned 5 dogs. A Husky (who lived to 15), an Australian Shepherd (who passed at age 12 from cancer), a sports mix - Border Collie/Staff/Russel (who passed at 14.5 from CHF), another Australian Shepherd (who passed at 11 from cancer), and I currently have a male Australian Shepherd. I work part time throughout the winter and have a tourism business during the summer. My work schedule is generally 4-6 hour days with a few off during the week. Your pet's care would fit in with my own pet's care. My dog is young and energetic and loves to play with other dogs. We hike most days in the woods surrounding the house. I have a pup who loves other dogs (he would have to come with me for overnight visits). He is playful and affectionate. I have 20 acres of woods to walk in (plus access to my neighbour's trails) and live on a small lake if your dog enjoys swimming. I am very knowledgeable in the care and training of animals, especially dogs and will be taking a first aide course when one comes available. I am very diligent about keeping dogs away from the road and they are always on a leash or longline.

“I had the bad luck of breaking my foot right after getting Cheese!! I met Kasi and she has helped me immensely with his care, I can completely trust her to care for him at home when I am at work too, it has been a massive help!!”

About: I have had animals throughout my adult life. I love to be outside, so walking your dog in your neighborhood or through walking trails will be perfect. Or just being close to home if they prefer. Since I lost my Springer Spaniel, Sadie, in 2021, the timing is not right to get another dog. This part time option will provide me with fulfilling my love for animals while helping you with your pet care needs. In the past year, I have cared for dogs and cats for family and friends and the feedback I received tells me this opportunity would be a perfect fit. I am currently working full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 4:00. Therefore, I am available evenings and weekends. I am flexible and open to your ideas. I can care for your pets in your home. I can spend time with them, feed them, walk them, play with them, and pay close attention to their needs.

About: I've been surrounded by dogs my whole life, and caring for them is truly my passion! I currently have two dogs of my own—a Golden Retriever and a rescue dog—so I understand how important it is to find someone you can trust with your furry family members 🐶 I have over four years of hands-on professional experience working with dogs. I spent two years working in a veterinary clinic, where I gained valuable experience caring for animals in a variety of situations. I also worked for two years at a doggy daycare, where my responsibilities included walking, feeding, supervising playtime, and, of course, giving plenty of cuddles 🤗 Growing up, my grandmother bred Wheaten Terriers, so I also have lots of experience caring for puppies and understanding their unique needs ✅ All breeds, sizes, and personalities are welcome—I'm your ulti-mutt dog lover! 🐕 Currently, I should be available most days and some weekends for dog walking, house-sitting and drop-in visits! If you need your pet(s) looked after, just send me a message to sort something out 📆 Your dog's safety, comfort, and happiness are my top priorities. I will care for your pet in the comfort of their own home, following their usual routine as closely as possible to help them feel relaxed and secure. Whether it's feeding, walks, playtime, medication (if needed), or plenty of cuddles, I'll make sure they receive the love and attention they deserve ❤️ I'll keep you updated with regular messages and photos so you can have peace of mind while you're away. I'll treat your home with the utmost respect and care for your dog as if they were one of my own, ensuring they're always safe, happy, and well looked after 🥰
“Mike was great to deal with with proper handling of our young golden retriever. Was on time, even in the rain and was a big help on short notice when we needed it. Will be back for more walks in the future”

About: Hi there! thanks for checking out my profile. Happy to have you here. I will leave a brief but detailed synopsis about myself and my experience working with pets. I am well vexed in this field as I volunteered with an animal shelter catering to older pets. I loved it! I am certified in CPR for pets should an emergency arise. I take pride in my vigilance and accessibility. I am a student of life and love to learn as much as I can and build amazing friendships with pet owners while taking great care of their pets! I would also like to describe myself as trustworthy. I am organized and my love for pets shows in various aspects. I have excellent multitasking and communication skills. I aim to be the best sitter I can be and strive for perfection each stay. I do not overcharge for stays and my low prices for stays are deliberate. I do this for the company as I enjoy having pets around while I study. It's a win-win. I formulated a couple of games to occupy and tire out your pet for the entirety of their stay. I will send photos of the entirety of the stay and keep in touch so you have peace of mind. I have spare toys in my care also, but always recommend bringing your own. As far as safety, I have a fenced yard in my apartment and will never let a pet off-leash especially if your pet does not have any recall. I enjoy practicing training with pets also and have successfully conditioned some to learn commands. I offer grooming services as well at no extra cost, except showers/baths. Your pet is in safe hands and you will have nothing to worry about while they are in my care. I will make sure of that.
