“We left our baby "Leo" with Mike and Yuumi for 3 weeks which is the longest time we were ever separated. It was the best decision we made. Mike took great care of Leo and sent us regular updates and pics. We got our Leo back as healthy and happy as we left him. He is active and playful which is a great sign of a good stay. Leo never lets anyone pick him up or pat him and the fact that Mike and Tao could do that even when we were there to bring him back was a statement on how comfortable he was with them. Mike has two dogs who are 4 times Leo's size and were really gentle with him and let him had his space. Mike knows how to take good care of the dogs and he took away our stress and made our travel more enjoyable because our biggest worry was no more. About: I have had cats and dogs my entire life and have had my own cats and dogs as an adult on my own as well. I am certified in the Canadian Red Cross Pet First Aid and CPR. I am very familiar with dog and cat communication and behaviours and how to work with both animals to ensure they are cared for properly. I currently have a cat named Rosie and a dog named Annie. Annie is 2 and loves playing with other dogs. She is fully vaccinated and very friendly. She’ll help burn out the energy of other dogs at the dog park no problem! I have also had experience owning other small household pets as well. Since I have the time and experience, I am looking to assist in helping people find care for their pets while they are at work or away from home. I have full availability at the moment. I am able to discuss discounts for multiple days/nights of care if needed. I have a fully fenced backyard and a large doggy door so that your fur baby will be able to use the door if needed and go outside as they wish to play/ use the bathroom. However, I will also monitor them in case they do not use this doggy door (Annie will show them how to use it!). I am certified by the Canadian Red Cross in Pet First Aid and CPR. I will also send hourly updates from 8 am to 8 pm to send a photo or advise on how your dog is doing and what they are up to. when taking dogs out for walks, I will ensure they are kept off of busy streets and only walk them when the pavement is not too hot for their paws/ grass or trail walks only. If taking dogs to the dog park, I will ensure they are monitored closely to ensure they are in a safe and happy environment without aggressive dogs. I will monitor pets eating and pooping and advise if there are any issues. I will ensure they have enough clean drinking water (we used Brita Filtered water). In the event the dog gets muddy or dirty I can bathe them as well.

My cat likes to come along in her carrier backpack for our daily walks. And of course I give them treats when they are demanded (in moderation). I will talk with my pets whenever they come into the room. Since I have border collies we are constantly playing with the toys, both inside and outside.
About: I have a 9 year old shorkie and live with my sisters 5 year old aussie doodle as well. I love to shower dogs with love and affection and give them lots of walks. I have been dog sitting for as long as I can remember for family friends, and have experience with a wide variety of temperaments. I am very patient and caring to all animals. I’m working from home and for myself, so I have a flexible schedule to look after your pet, and a car to get to them. I take my own dogs for two 30 minute walks every morning and evening. I clean their bowls daily and make sure they always have water. I also love doing a puzzle with them every day to keep their minds active.
About: I have been taking care of dogs since I was 6 years old , I remember how scared I was when I met my first dog , his name was sultan and honestly he was the one who took care of me and after that my love for them just expanded and still every time I see a dog I fall in love them . I work part time so so you can leave your loved one with me at nights or afternoons and for mornings we can figure something out . Note - there will be an additional charge depending on the distance I have to travel to get to your house.(estimate $6-8 for short distances) I work part time , so I am mostly home I usually take a one dog at a time unless your pet is comfortable with other pets. Before we book I prefer doing a meet and greet where we can talk and arrange something that meets your needs. I currently don’t have any pets of my own here , but I have an immense love for animals especially dogs , I live in a townhouse with a back yard where we can play and we can visit the nearby parks or trails if that’s what you want for your loved one .
About: I've had the privilege of growing up with dogs since I was little, so their day to day needs come naturally to me. Around 10 years old I took my love for animals to a new level by beginning to walk dogs in my neighborhood. The families that I worked for trusted me to care for their fur babies and I loved each of them as if they were my own. About: I have had animals of all varieties my whole life. I've always been the primary care taker for my animals growing up, from birds, to lizards to dogs and more! I worked in the pet industry for several years and truly enjoy working with animals. I offer 1-on-1 walks and drop-in visits, especially for those times you’re stuck at work all day! About: Hi! I’m an experienced and reliable dog lover with hands-on experience working at a kennel, daycare, boarding facility, and breeder. I am also in school studying veterinary medicine!! I’ve cared for dogs of all sizes and ages — from giant Irish Wolfhounds to tiny newborn puppies. I also have experience helping train new litters and working with dogs that need extra patience and behavioural support. About: I’ve always grown up with animals. My family currently has 2 cats and one pug. I usually feed and walk the dog. There is lots of room for play time and walks! We have a fenced yard. *Update* Our beloved pug, Milo, who is seen in my profile pictures, has recently passed away on June 3rd, so it’s been quite devastating. His passing really prompted me to do more Rover gigs because I miss having a doggo around.. Currently, I work from home, so i’m available anytime! I mainly do many house sittings, and can offer lots of love and cuddles before, during and after work. Rest assured your pet, they would be spoiled with love and so much affection.. I have a spacious home. The home has a large fenced yard for your doggo to play with no issues: I am also pretty flexible and can stay at your place, just so your fur baby is comfy. We can most definitely accommodate to dogs, since we are in a backsplit home, with a fenced yard. I have a cat named Niko. Niko is pretty good with other dogs, as Milo lived with us. He mostly hangout in the basement, where it is cooler and also he is very shy and timid and prefers that.

I am currently recovering so I am not working at this current moment making me available 24/7 overnight stays are not an issue and I can play with your pets for hours and stop by at anytime to take care of them I have two friendly cats and am not accepting boarding due to living in an apartment I feed them and change their litter daily and have no problem dealing with other cats

“We left our baby "Leo" with Mike and Yuumi for 3 weeks which is the longest time we were ever separated. It was the best decision we made. Mike took great care of Leo and sent us regular updates and pics. We got our Leo back as healthy and happy as we left him. He is active and playful which is a great sign of a good stay. Leo never lets anyone pick him up or pat him and the fact that Mike and Tao could do that even when we were there to bring him back was a statement on how comfortable he was with them. Mike has two dogs who are 4 times Leo's size and were really gentle with him and let him had his space. Mike knows how to take good care of the dogs and he took away our stress and made our travel more enjoyable because our biggest worry was no more.
