“This was Chewie's first boarding with Hao and we had a great experience! From the initial meet and greet to the day of drop off Hao was very pleasant and reassuring which made us felt at ease. During the stay Hao also provided constant updates and videos. Chewie had so much fun and was all smiles when we picked up him. We will definitely book with Hao again!”
