About: I have nearly a year of professional experience working as a dog walker in North Vancouver, where I cared for dogs in a wide variety of environments, personalities, ages, and ability levels. My typical workday included two group hikes on North Vancouver mountain trails, usually about 5 km and 1.5 hours each, as well as private neighborhood or trail walks in between. I was responsible for picking dogs up from their homes, safely transporting them to and from the trails, managing groups of up to five dogs at a time, and making sure every dog was safe, comfortable, and enjoying the experience. I have worked with young, energetic dogs, senior dogs, shy and sensitive dogs, highly active dogs, dogs with challenging behaviours, and dogs requiring additional care, including blind and deaf dogs. About: I’ve always had animals growing up and currently have two of my own. I’ve been doing drop in visits for a few people for the last 4 years and thought this would be a great way to extend my services to other dog parents in need. I know sometimes you just need a last minute check-in, and I’m usually able to accommodate! All three of my animal are spoiled and I want to get more animals their spoils life they deserve I work full time as a paramedic, my schedule is everywhere but I know my schedule quite ahead of time.
