Personalized care for your dog or cat - Rimbey

“Laura and John are amazing! They have a beautiful home and a big fenced in yard for your pups to play. They have two beautiful and friendly golden retrievers who were great with our girl. Our pup, Skye, was spoiled in their care and it was very clear that they took her in as if she was one of their own. Laura kept in touch regularly and sent photos of our very happy girl. They took Skye to Gull Lake to swim and play which was above and beyond. Skye made herself right at home with Laura and John! We were incredibly pleased with the care and will definitely be asking Laura and John to watch Skye in the future.”

“My dog was at Sarah's once for daycare and when we left him for boarding he was super excited to go there. Sarah sent regular updates and left me at ease, knowing he was being well cared for.”

About: I have been a dog owner for over 20 years. I recently had to let my ole girl pass over the rainbow, such an heartbreaking decision to make. She was happy as the only dog if the house and I had a desire for more happy tails! So I decided to start walking dogs and doing pet visits so that I could fulfill my need for more waggy tails! I do work a local job that runs Monday -Friday, but am done by 3:15. I schedule my walks for 3:15 and after.I do get a 30 min lunch break that I can do washroom breaks for pets if needed. Walks are 30-45 mins. I do have weekends and evenings off, this is where I make the time for pups/cats. I do not tend to bring other dogs to my home, I have done so on occasion but only after my dog has had a chance to meet our new furry visitor. I do dog walks, visits and out door adventures for your pup. I even take some of my 4 legged friends to the back country roads, for that nice open free run!

“They were excellent with my dogs. I could tell from the pictures sent that my dogs were relaxed. They were also calm and relaxed when I went to pick them up. I feel confident leaving them with Cathy-Lea and her husband again.”

About: I've cared for and had a relationship with dogs since I was 3 years old. I have had 4 dogs of varying breeds and sizes and have dog sat for several friends and family. I live on an acre of lakefront property 45 min from Edmonton with lots of space for dogs to run, play and swim. Give your dog a lake vaction where they'll be treated like a member of the family while you're away! I am semi-retired and home 24/7 to care and spend time with your pet. I am active and outside most of the time happy to play fetch and let your pet explore nature in a quiet rural setting. I have a treed, unfenced yard in a very quiet area with little road traffic and lots of room for your pet to run and swim in the lake if desired. Your dog will become a member of the family while staying with me. I live alone in a home where dogs are allowed on the furniture, but I can also easily accomodate a crate if your pet prefers.

“Beautiful, serene set up for the fur babies with a big back yard! Loki seemed to have a good day considering it was all very new to him. Will take him back again!”

“My dog obviously had a lot of fun with Sarah's dog because he didn't want to wake up this morning and went back to sleep right after his walk. The updates I received during his stay were much appreciated too!”

“Cathy and her husband are amazing people. Very kind and caring. I can tell they take great care of my boy. Cathy is attentive to directions and I feel very comfortable leaving my pride and joy in her care! She is flexible and a great communicator. She sends me photo updates and my pup ended up needing an emergency visit to the vet (we think he got into something in our yard, still don't know what) and she was super worried about him because she truly cares about him. She is such a lovely woman. We are repeat customers for sure!”

“Chanda was super sweet and accommodating with my nervous pup! He ended up getting sick when I dropped him off and she handled it very well, kept me updated and made sure he was comfortable!”
