About: Like many others, I have been blessed with having the ability to care for animals throughout my life. In 2015, I had the wonderful opportunity to follow my passion professionally. I began working in a veterinarian clinic as a receptionist, technician assistant and external boarding for cats. After the adoption of our beloved Trixie in 2018, my focus shifted to behavior training while continuing care within the small animal medical atmosphere. Recently, I became certified as a professional pet dog trainer and specialized in aggression/reactivity/seperation anxiety. About: We have returned to Olds after living 7 years in Northern Alberta. Before leaving, I had a dog walking and pet sitting business called VIP Pet Services. I’ve had pets for the last 30 years and volunteered at the Wild Rose Humane Society. When the weather allows it, my dogs and I go for walks and play time with my dogs and our furry friends. I have a fully fenced yard for my 3 dogs (a chihuahua, a poodle mix, and a jack Russell mix) and 2 fosters (chihuahua mixed and chihuahua). I also have cats in my home so it’s important that your dog(s) is/are good with cats. We love to welcome dogs into our home when they need a little vacation from mom and dad. Dogs are fed on the same schedule as they’re at home. We have a fenced yard and we supervised playtime to ensure everyone is safe. If owners want, we can kennel their dog at night if that is what they’re used to. We try to respect what they do at home as much as possible.

About: I've grown up around pets, and have experience with dogs, cats, horses, a lizard and fish, from all stages of life. I currently help my family care for four dogs, two cats, and three horses. Two of the dogs have issues with their hind legs, giving me experience with animals that have specific mobility needs. I am unable to stay over due to having a toddler at home, one requirement is that your pet is good with small children as I will have my son with me who also is a big animal lover!! Crate trained/laid back dogs are preferred if staying over!

If you are looking for someone to care for your companion, and would like to add any of the services that are mentioned above during their time with me (or at another time), I would love to get to know you and your companion. I am currently a stay at home mom and provide individualized training consultations as well as general pet care during early mornings and evenings during the week (including weekends). I offer limited care (1 or 2 dogs at a time) in my own home during the day if need be. My only requirements are that your companion not have prey drive (I do have cats and young children) and are good with another female adult dog. I have a large fenced in yard, and can accommodate your specific instructions/requirements as much as possible. Your companion will always be supervised and never left unattended.
