Over: About Me 🐾 I’m a lifelong animal lover with plenty of hands-on experience caring for both dogs and cats. I currently have two dogs, aged 10 and 8, and four cats, so I’m very familiar with the care, attention, and patience that pets need at different ages. I’ve been taking care of my own dogs for the past 10 and 8 years, and I grew up surrounded by all kinds of dogs and cats through my relatives. Whenever my relatives travel, I’m often the person they trust to look after their pets. I also have experience with fostering animals, which has taught me to be patient, attentive, and adaptable to different personalities and needs. Whether your pet needs a long walk, some playtime, feeding, cuddles, or simply someone to keep them company while you’re away, I’ll make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and cared for. 🐶🐱❤️ I know how much pets mean to their families, so I treat every animal I care for with the same love and attention I give my own. I have classes from 9 to 18.00 on wednesday. But other days I am so flexible and I can arrange myself according to tha needs of your cats/dogs. I follow the owner’s instructions carefully regarding feeding, walks, medication, hygiene, and daily routines. I keep the environment clean and secure, make sure pets cannot access anything potentially dangerous, and always supervise them appropriately. I also pay attention to their behaviour and well-being, giving them time to adjust and making sure they receive plenty of attention, affection, and stimulation.

Pet care fits easily into my daily and weekly routine. I work as a freelance sound engineer in Brussels, which gives me a flexible schedule and the opportunity to spend time with pets during the day. Over: Hi! I’m Liia, an English teacher working from home, so I can be around throughout the day to keep your pet company and give them plenty of love and attention. I’ve had dogs since childhood—sometimes two at once—and was responsible for their daily care. My first dog, a German Shepherd, became seriously ill towards the end of her life. I cared for her through that difficult time, including feeding, giving injections and changing dressings as part of her treatment. I also attended training courses with a professional dog trainer while raising my corgi, Benjamin. Later, I started welcoming dogs into my home for boarding, including a Samoyed and a husky. I’ve spent time with dogs of different sizes, from tiny Chihuahuas to large, energetic breeds. I offer dog walking, home visits, daycare, overnight boarding and house sitting. I’m happy to welcome dogs and cats of all sizes and breeds, provided their needs and behaviour are a good fit for my home. During boarding, I offer three walks a day, adapted to your dog’s energy and usual routine. I can follow their normal diet, whether fresh food or kibble, and help with brushing, bathing, tooth brushing, medication according to your vet’s instructions, and pet-shop trips on request. We’ll agree on any additional care beforehand. Dogs are truly our best friends, and I can’t imagine life without them. Walks are a joy for me, never a chore! I’ll follow your pet’s familiar routine and send photos and updates, so you can feel reassured while you’re away. I teach English online from home, so your pet can keep me company while I work! I can fit feeding, walks and playtime around my lessons, with plenty of attention throughout the day. For dogs staying with me, I offer three walks a day, adjusted to their usual routine and energy level. We’ll discuss dates and any special needs before booking. I want your pet to feel comfortable and loved, whether they’re staying with me or I’m caring for them in your home. I’ll follow your instructions for food, walks and medication, and give them time to settle in without rushing them. I keep dogs on a lead during walks and make sure doors and windows are secure, especially with cats. You’ll receive photos and updates, and I’ll always respect your home and your pet’s little habits. In my house, I usually walk with dog about 3 times per day minimum 1 hour, I have 4 big parks near me. During the day I will play with dog it’s just pleasure for me, as I work from home it’s not a problem.

Over: 🇬🇧 Ever since I was five years old, I have grown up adopting and caring for animals with my family. We have had all kinds of domestic animals, and I have always shared a deep and special bond with them. Both my parents, especially my dad, taught me to respect every living being and care for animals with the same love they give us unconditionally. For this reason, I have never been afraid of dogs, cats, or any other domestic animals. Over the years, I have also helped care for puppies and kittens when our pets gave birth. Beyond our own animals, we have often welcomed other people’s pets into our home for days or even weeks, always treating them as part of the family. Although I am new to Rover, I have plenty of hands-on experience that goes far beyond walks and feeding. I know how important it is to be patient, attentive, and affectionate, and to make every animal feel safe, comfortable, and loved. 🇫🇷 Depuis l’âge de cinq ans, j’ai grandi en adoptant des animaux et en prenant soin d’eux avec ma famille. Nous avons eu toutes sortes d’animaux domestiques, et j’ai toujours entretenu avec eux un lien profond et particulier. Mes deux parents, et surtout mon père, m’ont appris à respecter chaque être vivant et à prendre soin des animaux avec autant d’amour qu’ils nous en donnent inconditionnellement. C’est pourquoi je n’ai jamais eu peur des chiens, des chats ni des autres animaux domestiques. Au fil des années, j’ai également aidé à m’occuper de chiots et de chatons lorsque nos animaux ont mis bas. En plus des nôtres, nous avons souvent accueilli chez nous les animaux d’autres personnes pendant plusieurs jours, voire plusieurs semaines, en les traitant toujours comme des membres de la famille. Même si je débute sur Rover, j’ai déjà une solide expérience pratique qui va bien au-delà des promenades et des repas. Je sais combien il est important de faire preuve de patience, d’attention et d’affection, afin que chaque animal se sente en sécurité, à l’aise et aimé. 🇬🇧 At the moment, my main commitment is my Master’s degree at VUB. My classes take place on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday mornings until 1 PM, and on Friday afternoons from 4 PM to 6 PM only. Outside these hours, I am available for pet-sitting and can be flexible to accommodate your pet’s needs! 🇫🇷 Actuellement, mon principal engagement est le Master que je suis à la VUB. Mes cours ont lieu le lundi, le mardi et le jeudi matin jusqu’à 13 h, ainsi que le vendredi après-midi, mais uniquement de 16 h à 18 h. Je ne fais appel à aucun tiers pour m’aider à garder les animaux. Malheureusement, je ne peux pas accueillir d’animaux chez moi, car mon contrat de location ne le permet pas. En revanche, je propose volontiers des services de garde à votre domicile, que ce soit à l’intérieur ou dans le jardin!

Whether it’s helping a young dog learn basic behaviors like leash walking and positive reinforcement, or providing gentle, patient care for senior pets who need a calmer pace and closer monitoring, I adapt my approach accordingly. I’m also very observant, so I quickly notice changes in behavior, appetite, or energy levels. I’m available the whole day, hence I can dedicate focused, uninterrupted time to walks, play, and companionship (something many sitters with busier schedules can’t always offer). Pet care fits naturally into my routine, especially in the evenings. I’m available every day after 5pm, which allows me to fully dedicate time to the dog—whether that’s going for walks, playing, feeding, or simply giving them attention and companionship. I enjoy being active after work, so taking a dog out for exercise or spending quality time together is something I genuinely look forward to. On weekends, I’m even more flexible and can spend extended time ensuring the dog is well cared for and happy. I adapt my pet care approach depending on whether I’m in my home or my client’s home, always prioritizing the pet’s comfort, routine, and well-being. In a client’s home, I make sure to follow the pet’s usual schedule as closely as possible—feeding times, walks, playtime, and any specific instructions. I aim to keep their environment calm and familiar, while giving them plenty of attention, affection, and exercise. I’m also attentive to cleanliness, making sure food and water areas are tidy and that the pet feels secured and relaxed in their own space. When caring for pets in my home, I provide a safe, clean, and welcoming environment. I ensure they have enough space to rest and play, regular walks (especially after 5pm when I’m fully available), and lots of interaction so they never feel neglected. I pay close attention to their behavior and needs, and I’m happy to adjust based on their personality, energy level, or any special requirements. In both cases, I treat every pet as if they were my own (making sure they feel comfortable, cared for, and happy at all time)

Over: I’ve always loved animals and have years of hands-on experience caring for them. I did horse riding for 10 years, which taught me responsibility, patience, and how to understand animal behavior. I also regularly take care of my brother’s Weimaraner, so I’m comfortable with energetic dogs and their needs. I’ve helped friends and family with pet sitting, including feeding, walking, and playtime. I’m reliable, attentive, and make sure every pet feels safe, comfortable, and loved. I currently work 2 days in the week from home which give me more than enough time to be able to take care of a pet. I also live around 3 really big parks, where I could go for long walks with the dogs. I have enough space to place their crate, I live near a few parks and dog parks which would give them the freedom to let their energy out.

Over: J'aime les animaux plus que tout, je n'ai jamais vécu sans animaux à la maison. On est passé du chat et chien aux hamsters, lapins, cochon d'Inde... Je voulais des rats domestiques mais mes parents n'ont pas approuvés l'idée... Je suis diplômée en tant qu'assistante en soins animaliers, je suis attentive, minutieuse et surtout j'aime les animaux ! Je suis cheffe scout donc mes dimanches sont entièrement réserver à ça. Le reste de la semaine je m'adapte en fonction de ce que j'ai, si j'ai des cours ou si j'ai déjà un petsitting Comme je ne vis pas seule je n'ai aucun services à domicile, j'ai aussi beaucoup d'animaux : 1 chien, 2 chats, 1 lapin et 2 cochons d'Inde en plus d'un petit frère et d'une grande, ce qui fait beaucoup de vie dans une maison, et mon chien est vieux et ne supporte plus trop les chiens trop énergique. Sinon, pour votre domicile, je m'adapte à vous et aux besoins de l'animal : grande promenade, petite promenade, juste besoin d'une présence,... Tout me convient et je suis très flexible !

Over: i have taken care of dogs since i was a Kid, had adopted a dog when i was 17 and she lived with us till last year. As a freelance film practitioner, I organize much of my work independently and have a flexible weekly schedule. I can arrange pet-care visits in the morning, afternoon or evening, including weekends. I am available for both regular bookings and occasional care, and I make sure every visit has enough time for feeding, cleaning, play and companionship without rushing. I prefer caring for pets in their own home, where they feel safest and can maintain their familiar routine. I carefully follow the owner’s instructions regarding food, water, litter, play and any house rules. I check doors and windows securely, keep food and litter areas clean, and never force interaction with a nervous animal. I also respect the owner’s home and privacy, communicate promptly if anything seems unusual, and send regular photo updates.

Over: J’aime énormément les animaux et je m’en occupe depuis toujours. J’ai un chien depuis que je suis petite et je m’occupe régulièrement des chiens de ma famille, de mes amis et de mes voisins. Je peux les promener, les nourrir, jouer avec eux et prendre soin d’eux avec beaucoup d’attention. Je suis actuellement des études en sciences dans le but de poursuivre des études vétérinaires, ce qui me permet également d’en apprendre davantage sur les animaux et leurs besoins. Je suis sérieuse, responsable, douce et attentive, et je m’adapte facilement au caractère et aux habitudes de chaque animal. Je suis actuellement des études dans le domaine vétérinaire et j’aime beaucoup passer du temps avec les animaux. J’aime également me promener, ce qui me permet de proposer de belles balades aux chiens. Mon emploi du temps me laisse du temps libre pour m’occuper de vos compagnons, en semaine comme le week-end. Je prendrai le temps de respecter leurs habitudes, de jouer avec eux et de leur apporter l’attention dont ils ont besoin. Le bien-être et la sécurité de votre animal sont ma priorité. Je dispose d’un jardin clôturé où les chiens peuvent profiter de l’extérieur en toute sécurité. J’ai également un chien très sociable qui pourra tenir compagnie à votre chien s’il apprécie la présence d’autres animaux. Si votre compagnon préfère être au calme ou a besoin d’être séparé, je peux également l’isoler dans un espace adapté. Je respecterai toujours son rythme, ses habitudes et les consignes que vous me donnerez afin qu’il se sente en confiance et à l’aise.

Over: I grew up with 3 dogs back in Italy at my parents' house and I have been dog-sitting many different dogs (puppies, senior, small, big, sporty or very chill) in Brussels over the past 6 years since i moved here. I love going out for long walks and play with them in the grass, but I also like entertain them indoor if needed. Je travaille à domicile trois jours par semaine, et les deux autres jours, je travaille au bureau, qui se trouve à seulement 10 minutes à pied de mon appartement. Je dispose donc d’une grande flexibilité et j’ai tout le temps nécessaire pour m’occuper de vos animaux de compagnie. J’adore aller me promener dehors, mais aussi jouer à l’intérieur avec des jouets pour chats ou chiens. Je suis passionnée de bricolage et j'ai même fabriqué moi-même des jouets pour mon chat à partir de cartons. Je vis avec mon copain et notre chatte Karma, qui a 8 ans et qui a l'habitude de vivre avec d'autres chats. Notre appartement accepte les animaux ; nous avons également deux petites terrasses, mais elles sont fermées pour que les animaux puissent y rester en toute liberté.

Over: Etudiante en architecture, je cherche un travail qui saurais me combler de bonheur et m'aider à financer mes études. En effet, depuis mon plus jeune âge, j'ai toujours eu des animaux : chat, lapin, oiseaux… Mes amis, ma famille et mes voisins me contactent souvent pour que je m'occupe de leurs animaux, ce qui fait que j'ai pas mal d'expérience avec de nombreux animaux. Ayant un planning d'étudiante plutôt léger, je suis disponible tous les jours de la semaine en fonctions des horaires. Et je suis disponible les week-ends. Habitant en appartement, je ne peux pas accueillir vos animaux chez moi. Cependant, je pourrais me déplacer sans problèmes pour m'occuper de vos animaux ou bien les promener.

Over: I have taken care of dogs for friends, family, and neighbors since I was very young. Overnight boarding and dog-sitting and daily visits—I have been relied upon to care for dogs in every setting. I am currently waiting to start school in September so I am very flexible right now to help with dog care and will still be flexible when school starts. My family has rescued very needy pit bulls so I am used to giving dogs high attention, frequent exercise, and protection for safety concerns when needed.

Over: Ayant toujours eu des animaux et surtout des chats au cours de toute ma vie, j’ai développé un lien très fort avec ces animaux et on a jamais assez de chats a s'occuper donc je m'occuperai avec plaisir des vôtres ! J’ai évidemment depuis de nombreuses années deja gardé le chat de nombreuses personnes très satisfaites de mes services J’aime passer du temps apres le travail en fin de journée pour ne pas etre limitée dans le temps et me permettre une balade en allant jusqu’au domicile. Je m’adapte à l'environnement et aux habitudes de l'animal, je créé une relation petit à petit en étant à l’écoute et prenant du temps.

Over: I grew up with my grandma dog, Igor. She kept telling me that when I was a kid I once put in my mouth an ice cube that Igor just spit out. Gross, but since then I had a great connection with dogs. I’m currently unemployed and job hunting so plenty of time to petsit. Aside from some courses here and there we can find a schedule that can suit us both. I have a fenced yard for dogs and plenty of indoor space for cats. But I’m available to come at your place to take care of you favourite pets
