“Shannon was awesome!! I was so nervous as it was my first time leaving my dog. My dog was also scared probably more because of me but Shannon talked to me, answered all my questions and took her time with me and my dog. She was was very respectful, responsive and sensitive. Of course the first day jitters happen then the second day came and it just became more and more easy. Shannon sent lots of pictures and videos for reinsurance and just gave Alittle extra love and attention to my dog. I can definitely tell my dog was getting spoiled with treats, food, love, free play (outdoor and indoor) time and more. It was definitely a great experience and will be using Shannon in the future. Definitely five stars!”
