She is my go to whenever I need someone to pet sit (I have two huge black German shepherds that most people are terrified of) and Nicole is amazing with them. She actually noticed my older dog was favoring his one side more, and because she noticed it I was able to get recommendations and a script from my vet for joint supplements/medication for management and prevention of arthritis/pain.
