“Ariana is wonderful! She took care of my pup Luna for a long weekend and it felt so good to know Luna was in good care! She is a great communicator and sent lots of pics and updates. Arianas home is well set up with a large gated outdoor space. Luna loved her right away upon meeting her, which was great to see. I definitely hope to have Ariana sit Luna again in the future and highly recommend her to others looking for loving, responsible care for their pets.”

“Really happy with the daycare & overnight care my older, 15 lb dog received. Denise is great, my dog looked happy hanging out with her, plus she has veterinary experience, and we also like Jerry, Denise's husband. I received pics/video throughout the stay. I like that they limit the # of dogs in their care because my dog gets stressed when there are too many dogs. And they have a small dog named Quarky, so there's a canine buddy. At Quarky's my dog has the choice of indoor/ outdoor time but he LOVES being outside this time of year, and Denise provides a tall fenced yard, comfortable furniture, companionship, sun and shade. Who could ask for more?”

“Sinead was great! This was our dog Monty's first time with daycare on Rover, so we were very curious about how he would do. Sinead sent us a couple videos throughout the day, and in each one he was relaxed and playing well with her dogs. Monty was completely tuckered out when he came home, happy as could be! Sinead was able to accommodate his quirks and made sure he was as comfortable as possible.”

About: We have had dogs all our lives and over the last two years of travel we’ve pet sat quite a lot! Our girls love all pets I (Tal) am a stay at home mom and my partner works from home. Our girls are with us as well. We lived in a bus for the past two years and traveled and just moved into a house here in Santa Cruz. We treat pets like our own- with lots of love and care. We are a very active couple so walking a pet is our favorite.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs of every kind since I was 10. Neighbors, friends and family have relied on me to walk, feed and bathe their pets. In 4th grade I had my own business "Livys Dog Walking Company". I took care of all the neighborhoods dogs. I grew up with large and small dogs and am an all around dog lover. I have experience with dogs of all ages. I have taken care of females in heat to senior dogs who need medications and muscle exercises. I am a college student at ERAU enrolled in the Army ROTC. I have a very open schedule with loads of free time. I typically have class Monday-Friday for 3-4 hours a day. I have plenty of time to give much love to your fur babies! My apartment has a fenced in park and walking trail that our fury friends love! I live on the first floor of an apartment so it will be easy to access for senior pups. I am willing to stay at clients home and stay with their animals and will be respectful of the clients home. When staying at a clients home I am more than willing to do chores in the house, including water plants, cleaning pools, etc!

About: I've always been a dog lover, and was a dog sitter for a long time before getting my own dogs. I've had two 80+ pound dogs for over 14 years, both lived until they were almost 15! I have experience with training puppies all the way to senior dog care (diapers and all). I have a 1 story home with only 3 steps (but also have a ramp). Dogs are my spirit animal, I care for each as if they were my own. I'm a teacher and work 4 days a week. I am available Friday-Sunday for full time pet care, with additional days possible if there are school holidays. I have a fenced front yard and a 1-story home with only 3 steps up to the door (and have a ramp if needed to bypass steps). There are 2 other people who live in my home, a mid-40's male and a 7 year old child. Your dog will need to be comfortable and gentle with children and men in the home. I prefer dogs that are crate-trained, but may accommodate dogs that are not depending on their temperament. I also have a large backyard with trees, chickens, and lots of space to run and play! I love big dogs, the bigger the better! I am used to walking two 80+ lb dogs and can handle up to 2 dogs at a time.

About: I have taken care of dogs for 6+ years and have had dogs in my home all my life. My current baby is, Daisy, 130lb Irish Wolfhound. This means I have thorough experience with large dogs and walking them. I also love smaller friends and know how to care for them as well. I am very active and love walking dogs. My first priority is that they are safe, but secondly that they have so much fun and feel cared for. I also make sure to send pictures of your friends while you are away. I am currently in a Masters program at UCSC until May 24th. I could do early morning walks and walks after 3p until then. After that, until June 29th, I am available at all times in the day. :) I have a fence in my yard and while at client's homes I make sure to follow their safety directions. Safety is my first priority!

We felt so comfortable leaving our two best friends in Andy's care and she made sure to keep us updated throughout our trip. Andy is a pretty active gal so we were confident that our super high energy dog was going to get lots of exercise with her. Tons of fetch, walks, and playtime. And as for our kitty, Jack - we know Andy has a very special connection with cats so we weren't worried about Jack getting anxious without us there like he has in the past.
