“Tara is awesome! She responds quickly, is very kind and insightful, and she gives me as much peace of mind as one can have when leaving their baby with someone else. We initially had our puppy try doggy day care when we went for a day trip, and Tara recently boarded our dog for a couple days. She takes the dogs on walks and sends pictures and updates regularly. Tara also helped get our dog Willow to walk on the gentle leader leash with another dog. We had switched to that leash so we felt more in control of the walk as our dog was practically pulling us down the street. Willow is also very skittish with loud noises and has gotten better with that on our walks. Tara also always checks with me if something is okay before introducing Willow to something new which I appreciate. That character builds trust and respect. I would highly recommend Tara!”

About: I worked in the veterinary hospital setting as a tech for nearly 15 years. I now own a small business and miss having my hand in the game so pet sitting and rescues are my hobby. I work as a locksmith so I’m on call all the time but only leave the house a few times in short bursts. A lot of my work is at a desk and I’m often interrupted for play time anyways by my own dog, the more the merrier. Walks, playtime, food, water, and scritches. There is a dog park across the street and a walking trail a stones throw away from my home, Buddy (my dog) gets walks at least four times a day (the route is 0.5 miles per my smart watch) depending on how demanding he is, and the dog park is a must every morning rain or shine.
