Our dog is a rescue too and takes some warming up with new people, but he took to John right away! The communication and pictures were phenomenal, we loved how much we heard about how our dog was doing and saw with the frequent pics. When we went to pick our dog up he couldn't leave without saying bye to John one more time. Would 100% recommend them to anyone.”
