She has an extremely nice fenced in yard and her house is very clean, smoke free and a cool, calming environment. She has a VERY loving little guy that enjoys making new friends and she has plenty of room in her home to let them run and play together or to give them their own and space and downtime if they want. She is always quick to play with them and give them all the snuggles they want! She has had a lot of experience and dogs that struggle with separation anxiety. She has taken courses and done trainings specifically with this so if your pup struggles, she is very capable of catering to what they need to help them cope while you're gone! When she commits to puppy sitting you can always count on her and rest assured your furbaby will receive the best care possible!”

“Emily was amazing! I reached out to her last week about house sitting with our 2 crazy & high energy dogs. Our boy was very timid when she arrived(even though they had a meet and greet the day before.) Emily was patient and took her time to let him warm up to her. He was bringing her his toys and snuggling before long. She was very communicative and took great care of the house and our pups. I am very particular about who takes care of our pups and couldn't have been happier. We already booked our next trip using Emily again!”

About: Hello there! My name is Laura. I’ve cared for many animals since I was a child. Currently, my husband and I have three kitties. My family has a dog for whom I often care! I like to run and be outside, so I would be thrilled to walk your puppy. I am used to caring for dogs, cats, rabbits and open to other types of small pets! I live in north Zanesville and I am willing to travel up to 20 miles. We are also longtime Rover customers. Our former caregiver was so amazing. I took a lot of notes on how she did her job so well! It is my goal to model the example she set! I look forward to meeting with you. Currently, I am on summer break. I am a professor so I teach 2-3 days a week during the fall and spring. My schedule is quite flexible! I can do drop ins early in the morning and later afternoon or evening, depending on the day. My routine for care includes feeding, potty breaks on arrival. Once basic needs are met, I spend some time playing and cuddling. I take pictures and send updates at every visit!
