“She had a nice demeanor; however I was disappointed with the lack of communication during his 4 day stay. On the 1st day, I had to ask for a pic and update - which she did immediately provide shortly after request. On the 2nd and 3rd day, again, there were no updates/pics until I requested them in the late evening (in which I only received 1 each day with a general update. On the 4th day, it was radio silence, no pics, no updates. I only received communication to confirm his pickup time which was 8pm. I chose her as a sitter because her profile and reviews mentioned she sends photos but yet I was a bit worried throughout his stay. On a positive note, she seems like a sweet person. Unfortunately, I was not able to see exactly where he was being kept as she lived on military base and only met at gate. With previous Rover sitters, they sent at least 2-3 updates a day, with more than photo and sometimes even a video. I could see where he would be staying which gives peace of mind but that was not the case this time. When he returned to my care, he seemed unusually exhausted and weak. I asked more questions to find out what may have caused this, which is when she mentioned he played at the park earlier in the day. After letting him sleep/eat, he was back to his chipper self the next day. Although she had no pics of his park playtime, he clearly had a great time exercising with her other pups. I appreciate her being able to watch him with less than a week notice.”

“Could not ask for a better sitter for our pup. Alyssa's patience and flexibility saved our plans and our dog came back happy and very tired. The updates were amazing and reassured us that our pup was in good hands. Our dog did not want to leave when we picked her up, which we know means she had a great time, made some new friends, and truly loved her stay. 10/10 will recommend to anyone.”

About: I raise a lizard for over 15 years and volunteered in animal care at vet clinics while growing up. Currently raising a baby rabbit that is 1. I work a Mon-Fri job that never changes so on the weekends i have a lot of free time, so why not help others out who dont have that? Getting to know the pet first is always key, because every animal has a different requirement. If at my apartment make it safe for that specific animal. And if watching at the owners home follow as needed if listed by them.

“10/10 recommend using Chloe for you pet sitting needs. She was very friendly with both us and our Sessie girl. She sent us pictures of Sessie cuddled up in the bed with her pups and it looked like she was right at home. Chloe allowed for us to come and do a meet and greet first to ensure all the pups would get along, which they did! My wife and I try to keep a list of those we’ll utilize again for River and Chloe has definitely made that list.”
