1. Colby W.
“Colby did a wonderful job accommodating us with pick up and drop off. She sent pictures daily and her property appeared to be a perfect vacation for our 2 dogs.”
2. Colleen Flynn C.
“Colleen was great! Very responsive, good-humored, and attentive to our slightly high-maintenance and quirky older dog. She even offered to do pick up and drop off when it worked out with her schedule. We will be back!”
3. Eric A.
“We recently went on an overseas trip and needed somewhere for our pup to stay. We definitely didn't want to board him at a kennel/doggie daycare, so reached out to Eric. I can't put into words how happy we were with Eric & his family for how they took care of Jerome. Frequent photos and updates allowed us to enjoy our trip while knowing that Jerome was being treated as part of their family. Well definitely be reaching out to Eric again if/when we need a place for Jerome to stay. Would rate 10 stars if we could, such a great experience (for us and Jerome) :)”
4. Michele B.
“My dog and I were immediately comfortable with Michele. She went above and beyond to exercise Wilson and keep him entertained. I got multiple updates and he looks so happy. We recently lost our other best dog friend of 14 years it's such a relief to have a compassionate competent caretaker to help keep my Wilson 3 years old feeling attended to and not alone.”
5. Macy W.
“Macy was fantastic. She was always instantly responsive, super comfortable and confident with our pup and her dog Dezi was a great playmate for Auggie. Her large fenced in yard was a perfect play area, large enough to get a lot of exercise running around. Thank you Macy!”
6. Dawn S.
“Dawn was really great with our pup, Leia! We met up with her and her dog, Arlo, before we booked and made sure they got along well. Leia had a new injury right before our trip, but Dawn really made us feel comfortable leaving Leia with her and knowing that she would be well taken care of while we were away! She asked a lot of good questions and made a plan for how to make sure Leia and Arlo could still enjoy each other's company without Leia overdoing it. We feel really happy knowing we found a good place for Leia when we have to be away!”
7. Liz S.
“Liz was fabulous! Very attentive to our little Ruth and her needs. She kept us updated on how Ruth was doing while we were away through messages and photos.”
8. Melanie P.
“Melanie took great care of my dog. It was my (and his) first time being away from home. Melanie made time for us to talk about what my dog was like and what he needed and what he’d appreciate. She reached out once when she had a question, which I appreciated. Melanie communicated very well and quickly. If she’s available, I will choose Melanie next time!”
9. Jackie M.
“This was our first time leaving our puppy with the dog sitter and we were feeling nervous but Jackie did a good job with our puppy. He played with him to make him feel relaxed. He also sent daily photos updates and great communication.”
10. Mildred B.
“Mildred did an excellent job taking care of our little dog. She was great at communicating with us throughout his stay with her. Thank you!”
11. Laura C.
“Laura was great! Our pup Khloe was so happy the entire stay and Laura sent us updates and pictures over the weekend. She has a lovely family and lovely pups herself. We will definitely reach out for another stay in the future! Thanks again! ?”

About: I have always lived with pets, and I have several years of volunteer experience with different animal shelters. As a teenager, I spent 3 years visiting with cats and walking dogs at a Boston ASPCA, and as a college student, I fostered kittens when the shelter near my house was too full. I have experience raising two (happy, well-behaved) dogs from puppy to adulthood. This includes my current dog (who thinks he's human). We also share my house with my cat (who thinks she is a dog). I work from my home (that I own) and I can be here 24/7 if need be. I walk and sometimes go on long jogs with my own dog 2-3 times each day around my quiet neighborhood, and I never forget to give my cat the attention she deserves as well. When we aren't on an adventure, my dog Poky divides his time between his favorite spot on my couch, hanging out in my fenced-in yard, trying to play with me or my cat, or attached to a long lead in the front yard, quietly watching the world go by. I work from home full time, with flexibility during my work hours to tend to my animals as needed. My dog is extremely friendly with dogs of all ages and he is very respectful of cats and their desire for space. My cat is very friendly toward other dogs and has met several throughout her life, though she will most likely need to be separated (at least initially) from other cats due to her belief that she is the queen of my house. If caring for a cat I would set them up in my large and comfortable office/guest bedroom where I spend about 6-8 hours per day and would be able give any kitty plenty of attention as well as their own water, food, and litter box space separate from my other pets. If caring for another dog, it would be necessary for them to be dog-friendly (or tolerant) so they can share my living space with my own dog. I have two bedrooms and a large living space/kitchen with plenty of room to run around inside and outside. If the dog is not cat-friendly I would be able to separate them from my own cat for the duration of their visit. *Note: my fence will be under repair for the first week in May, 2024.
13. Christina K.
“Christina was an excellent host to Curie, our 8yr old female Labradane ! She was very accommodating and communicated often on how our dog was doing. She spent quality time to get to know her better and make her feel at home. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a 'home away from home' for their four-legged family members!”
14. Sabrina G.
“Sabrina is the best! She sent pictures and videos of my pup while I was gone and I was able to rest assured that she was in the best hands and well taken care of. Would book with Sabrina 100% of the time if I could!”
15. Juliana R.
“Juliana is so sweet. I was so grateful she was able to adjust timings for pick up and drop off. And most importantly, Gal loves her.”
16. Eva Ü.
“Eva was wonderful with my puppy Millie! We were out of town for a long weekend and I got updates and photos at least twice a day. Eva made sure to contact me about any concerns she had, and was very accommodating for my pup. Millie clearly had a wonderful time playing all weekend with Eva's dog and foster!”
17. Matt & Cassidy G.
“I cannot imagine a more trustworthy pet care-giver than Matt! I watched him care for his own pets and felt completely comfortable leaving mine under his care. Our dog, Gunner, was well loved. Matt quickly became his best buddy. Matt had great control and confidence, even with our large lab. It was very evident that he knew what he was doing, and went above and beyond in his care for our dog. He had no problem with leash walking, commands, and just playing and having fun. He had some great suggestions for some toys that Gunner would like. I think our dog likes Matt more than he likes us!”
18. Peter P.
“Peter was very gracious in accepting a last minute request to care for our dog and though the stay was short, our dog seemed very happy and content. Would definitely recommend Peter.”
19. Chelsey Y.
“This was our first Rover experience. We were beyond pleased with Chelsey! She took such good care of our girl. We got daily pics and knew she was in great hands. We will definitely be using her again!”

About: I love animals of all sorts! I've spent most of my life with dogs at home, and also have some experience with hedgehogs. I'm reliable, responsible, and punctual - whether you need help during the work-week with intermittent dog walking, or someone to look after your pet while you're away, I'll make sure s/he is getting the appropriate care. I also recognize that different animals have different needs, and want to work with you to make sure your pet gets the best possible care. I look forward to meeting you and your pet soon! I'm available for boarding dogs on weekends and holidays, as well as smaller critters during the week. I can also walk your pup on weekday evenings. I do not currently have any dogs or cats, so your dog would have me to themselves! (I do have one hedgehog at home, but he is secure and separate from any other pets.)
