It was the first time we had left him with anyone other that family or close friends & we were a little apprehensive...he hadn't exactly adjusted well to our move to Citrus County & it had been difficult to do things we wanted to do that did not allow us to take him along. “Joann & Chris were awesome!! I can't say enough about them!! I had a last minute emergency creating the need for a dog boarder for a holiday weekend on the Thursday before the holiday for my nervous nilly dog. I found them in my Rover account. They had a space for my dog and let us come over that same day for a meet and greet. My nervous nilly dog showed me right away how comfortable she was there. I loved what I saw and booked with them right away. Over the weekend, my fur baby was allowed to do the kinds of things we let her do at home - snuggle up on our chairs with us, sleep in our bed, etc. In addition to their fenced-in back yard, they went on daily walks and played in the house with their dog and 1 other that was also there for the weekend. I recieved photos and I could tell my dog was having a great time. When I picked her up yesterday I could quickly see that she was not stressed at all from this new last-minute situation. I give the credit to JoAnn & Chris for making my baby feel loved and at home in their home in our absense. I will absolutely book them again! They were awesome!!”
