Cassie was diligent in preparing for his 7-night stay with her. She asked questions, as well as made her own additional notes and timetables to go with our printed instructions. Her place is is clean and tidy and she is very responsible and responsive. We also love that she is a genuinely nice person and easy to talk to! All very valuable attributes and difficult to find on Rover! She sent us daily updates with photos and videos. Leroy received lots of attention and snuggles. We were in a panic and they were able to help us out on short notice. Pacha was sick with a cough and they were diligent about providing her with her medications, feeding her at her scheduled times, and overall cared for her like she was their own. Ribika and Samuel took many pictures of her and kept us posted when she wasn’t feeling well which we appreciated wholeheartedly.
