“I booked a 7 day boarding with Prusov for my pup Nico. Prior to the boarding, I booked a daycare session as a meet and greet. Prusov is very friendly and I can tell he loves dogs. I received daily updates with photos of Nico. I can tell Nico had a great time and was well cared for. When I picked him up, Nico looked very clean and groomed. Typically after a boarding, Nico needs bathing but he looked as good as when I dropped him off. Nico was all over Prusov seeking his touch and cuddles before we left. That is a good sign. I fully trust Nico in his care. I never worried about his well being during the time I was away. I will not hesitate to book with Prusov again.”

“My dog Buster stayed with Mitali this past weekend. Mitali was AMAZING with Buster. He loves her so much. And he had so much fun playing with her little dog, the entire weekend. Mitali was extremely communicative, sent us tons of videos of Buster throughout the weekend, and made is feel like Buster was having a fun vacation trip of his own while we were on vacation in Santa Cruz. I would most definitely book with Mitali again if we need care for Buster over a long weekend. She's one of the best Rover sitters we have worked with!”

“I recently used Nela & Francis's dog boarding service for the first time, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From the initial contact, Nela & Francis were communicative, friendly, and professional, making me feel completely at ease leaving our dog, Klee, in their care. Since Klee hadn't finished his third round of shots, Nela & Francis were very considerate and made sure to keep their dog separated from Klee, ensuring her safety and health. Klee enjoyed daily playtime, and lots of attention, coming home happy and well-cared for. I was particularly impressed by how much time Nela & Francis spent playing with Klee, ensuring he was active and engaged throughout his stay. Remarkably, Klee has shown better behavior since returning home, notably not biting people anymore, which suggests Nela & Francis's positive influence and attention to behavior during his stay. I also appreciated the regular photo updates, which reassured me that Klee was having a great time. While everything was nearly perfect, I would suggest a bit more flexibility in pick-up times for future. I highly recommend Nela & Francis to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring pet boarder.
