“Christie and Michael took great care of our 90 lb GSD Charlie for 5 days during a heatwave. They let her cool off in the pool with their kids and made sure she stayed safe, fed, etc. We got really lucky finding this family to help us, you can tell they have a lot of experience with animals and keeping them all safe. Our Charlie had some anxiety being left at a new place, and they communicated with us through the week with how things were going. Thanks again so much for keeping Charlie at your home this past week on your little farm and with the rest of your animals. Thanks also to your kids, they were so sweet to help take care of our doggo.”

About: Caring for animals is my passion. I was a veterinary assistant for about 6 years and acquired a variety of skills that enable me to provide special care to the animals that need it. I am currently a stay at home mom and looking to do what i love which is caring for animals while caring for my family. I have a large yard surrounding the house for walks and playtime. I have a medium sized dog that is very friendly with cats and dogs. She can act as company for your pet if wanted. There is a separate downstairs area to be used only for your pet as to prevent any overstimulation or conflicts that can come from being in a strange place. Ability to crate if needed.

“Lorraine really loves animals. She is caring and nurturing. She did an overnight stay with my 2 labs. Gave me updates, and sent me pictures of my pups. She played with them daily. I was happy to not have to take them to a kennel. She had the towels and sheets washed and the floor swept when I returned home. I have had other house and pet sitters in the past.
