We did a short meet & greet before boarding our dog with her as this was our first time boarding him in someone else’s home, and so that he could meet her pup. She managed introductions between the animals perfectly, and vetted my dog, who is admittedly a fence jumper, carefully before allowing him free roam of her amazing yard. Communication was prompt and perfect throughout, with lots of sweet pictures to console me! Maia went above and beyond by offering me support during a winter weather storm as well! “Jackie and her family were so great to meet, they were all there to have the dogs meet each other and my dog who is 4 months went right over and started playing with Brownie. Jackie was very caring, asked all about Penny and her routine ahead of time, once we met and the dogs were playing I didn't worry at all about leaving her. She also sent many updates and pictures, and Penny even went in the dog pool right away. My dog slept for 2 days after coming back home, that is how much playing and fun she had!”

She allowed him to pick his sleeping spot and monitored his eating. She sent pictures and a summary of the day every day! I could tell he was not only well taken care of but included in all the family activities as well. We are more than satisfied with the care he received!”

“Victoria was patient and loving with my very energetic and rambunctious 4 month old puppy. She’s got a calm and easy going manner. I wasn’t sure she’s want to take him again after his first time boarding with her since he’s so much to handle at his age, but she said he’s welcome and she will continue to take him in the future. Her sweet dogs must be very patient too, because this puppy has a lot of energy! I think he missed them He seemed a little sad when he left! Hoping to keep working with Victoria n the future.”
