She was easy to reach, kept me up to date on how things were going and sent pictures of my dog getting along splendidly with hers. “Our first booking with Cassie and we couldn't be happier! We have a senior dog with a high-maintenance medical schedule and grooming needs. Cassie was diligent in preparing for his 7-night stay with her. She asked questions, as well as made her own additional notes and timetables to go with our printed instructions. Her place is is clean and tidy and she is very responsible and responsive. We also love that she is a genuinely nice person and easy to talk to! All very valuable attributes and difficult to find on Rover! She sent us daily updates with photos and videos. Leroy received lots of attention and snuggles. We felt at ease knowing our pup was in good hands. Leroy came back relaxed and clean, even with all the recent rains! Without a doubt, we would book with Cassie again! “My husband and I were anxious about leaving our 11 year old Shih Tzu Toby for 16 days while we were away during the holidays, but during the meet and greet Carlos & Andree were reassuring & sweet & clearly were experienced at taking care of dogs. They have a lovely home that was very warm and inviting with an excellent fully fenced front yard. While away all our expectations were met. Carlos sent us daily videos and updates and we could see Toby was having a great time. When we returned Toby was healthy and happy and we are most grateful to both of them. Rest assured they will make an excellent choice to board your pet for a short or extended period of time.”
