She's very professional and really cares about your pup. I have an old guy who needs special attention so I haven't left him for the past two years. I'm glad that I've found Frances to watch over him because I know she'll take special care and I don't have to worry when I go on vacation. I really appreciate knowing exactly how my dogs behaved while I was away. While they're my fur babies I know they're not angels and I like that Frances is especially observant.”
