Pet care experience
I have had family pets for all of my life, specifically dogs and guinea pigs. I am currently a first year vet tech student and have had experience working in clinics and daycare/boarding facility for dogs & cats, meaning I have experience with feeding and cleaning up after all sizes of dogs, cats, rabbits, birds, and guinea pigs. Administering medications and accommodating specific dietary and health needs, is something I will gladly do! I take lots of pictures during my stays to ensure you are well updated while you are away from your beloved furry friend's!

Zara provided frequent updates and communicated when she would need to leave my dog for short periods during her stay. My dog warmed up to her right away and it made me comfortable to be able to leave her. Thank you Zara!

Zara does a great job with our yellow lab and guinea pigs. She is very responsible and really cares about animals. She has ambitions to become veterinary technician / doggy daycare owner, and currently works at a kennel taking care of dogs and cats.

I have been trusted by many of my neighbors and clients to provide care for their pets in the home while they are away. I always clean up after the animal on walks or if they have made a mess/accident in the house while I am not there. I always have your pets in my best interest!

I would like to know if the dog has any aggression or behavioral issues. If any of the pets have tendencies of anything such as trying to escape, having accidents, hiding, etc. Any allergies, medications, or special instructions would be great to know!
A typical day
I love to play with the dogs, and take them for walks if the owners request that. Depending on the service I am hired for I will always make sure your dog has great time and the best experience possible!

Availability
I am a full time student with classes Tuesday - Thursday (June - July 19th), and will start up again the end of August. I am not employed during the school year as the vet tech program keeps me busy with studying, which gives me more time for pet sitting!! I am learning so much during my time at the program and can confidently say I have more skills than ever when it comes to animal care!!
