Overall, I’m glad I was able to leave my cat with someone and know she was safe. I knocked one star off because she mentioned when I was picking up the cat that she added oil to her dry food which would usually be fine, but she did not ask permission before giving the oil, not knowing cat allergies or if I was ok with it. Another star got knocked off because, when dropping off the cat we were almost separated in the building. She got into the elevator, holding my cat in the carrier with me lagging behind with all of my cats stuff. The elevator doors starting closing without me and I had to run and catch it. I was a good bit behind to where the logical thing would’ve been to wait for the next one. I would have been lost in the building not knowing where my cat was which really distressed me. I did not get many pictures, and would go days without any updates (I was away for 8 days). I had to ask for pictures and updates of my cat. Her answers were non specific and in the pictures I got my cat looked scared and startled. Just not good vibes overall, I wouldn’t leave my cat with this sitter again.

Yoredi did an excellent job taking care of my dog Ada. She was super communicative and sent me updates daily. She followed the instructions precisely. I'm definitely using her services again. She is a very pleasant person.
