I’ve worked with puppies and senior dogs of every mentality and energy level. I helped home dogs through a shelter, including a stray dog with male trust issues. By the end of her stay, she would go on runs with me and cuddle on the couch. My dog (who your pet will not meet) is a senior stray with a lot of preexisting trauma and I’ve learned a lot about working with dogs as a result. I promise to bring constant compassion and a gentle touch to your dog. I am a marathon runner and am happy to run with your dog if they are good run partners.

Will was great with my pup! He was fantastic about checking in and asking questions when needed. My pup can be reactive and is high energy and I felt really confident that she was in good hands while I was away. 10/10 recommend!!
Will has been so great with my senior dog. He takes extra care with him and makes sure to follow Colby’s routines. He always shares pictures and provide statuses to keep my updated. Highly recommend Will for any senior dogs that need care!

I’m extremely watchful over pets, having worked with many allergies, fears, and sensitivities. I’ve also had my fair share of fosters with indoor peeing issues and so I keep a watchful eye on that as well. I try to match the energy of a dog when I play with them, so I will not be rough but I may play ”energetically” with your dog if they initiate it!

Is your dog friendly/respectful/energetic with other dogs? Do they have any uncommon allergies or behaviors that might cause an issue in the home or on a walk? Are there any triggers that tend to set them off that I should be looking out for?
A typical day
I love taking dogs on long walks or runs and I am a very patient walker! I also love being able to throw a toy around or play fetch in an enclosed space. Given previous experience with antisocial dogs, I consider myself very good at not exposing your dog to undue social situations if that isn’t your preference/doesn’t seem safe.

Availability
I am currently entirely working as a Rover so I’m happy to take hours however they pop up! I am looking for steadier employment and I will keep you updated if pertinent changes to the above arise. I love working with pets and they will take priority over other gigs as long as I am in this position.
