This was the first time our 2 year old stayed with a stranger. From the initial meeting prior to deciding, we met for a meet & greet. Stephanie made us feel comfortable and I observed that my dog was also comfortable. She was flexible with a drop off time as we were leaving for an early flight. She sent pictures consistently that put us at ease and shared what activities she was doing throughout his stay. Evident by the pictures he was completely relaxed, surprising for a dog that never allows anyone to pet him. When I went to pick him up, he was protective of Stephanie until he realized who I was. Once again at pickup she provided a summary of his stay and provided me with ALL his belongings which where pre-packed. We definetly plan to use Stephanie again and are even discussing possible day daycare with her as to keep their bond active.

Stephanie is awesome. This was our first time using Rover and leaving our puppy with someone and Stephanie made us feel comfortable right from the first message. She was responded right away to my messages and shared pics and videos. It was clear that our puppy was very comfortable with her and she had fun with him too. Thank you Stephanie.
