Safe, Fun, Loving Care!

Pet care experience

I have been a pet guardian for over 20 years. I have experience with all type of pets, from the furry ones to the scaley ones! I am proficient in giving medicine (both oral and injection) to both cats and dogs. I'm very flexible to meet the needs of each pet, be that a nice long walk or extra cuddles watching movies. I can also work on any training that you have begun or currently working on. I personally trained my senior dog since he was a puppy (starting at 6 weeks) along with my rescue dog.

She is very nice and patient with an elderly dog. She properly did his medication and he seemed like he enjoyed his stay.

Stacy and her family were so so so kind and loving to my dog Bella!! Bella is 19 months old so definitely still in the puppy phase and Stacy was so welcoming and loving to her! I had to go out of town for a few days and I got updates with pictures and she truly spoiled her! I can’t thank her enough for everything she did for my Bella girl. Truly amazing at what she does!!!

Safety, trust & environment

I have a fenced in back yard, so as long as the weather permits you dog can enjoy the outside for as long as they may want to. The neighborhood is pretty quiet and that means peaceful walks (or jogging) if your dog enjoys it. I do make my own treats, so of you are ok with it, you dog may have some (barring any allergies). I am prior Navy, so attention to detail is very important to me!

Information Stacy V. would like to know about your pet

A heads up on any allergies or special diets is a must! Any fears or reaction to certain noises or movements. Also, any quirks that your pup has (counter surfing, trashcan tipping, resource guarding, and such). This will help me make the stay easier on your pup.

A typical day

I live in a large neighborhood so walks can be as long or as short as needed. As I have a dog, playtime can be out in the back yard or the living room. As I make homemade all natural dog treats, you pup will be able to taste test the wares.

Availability

I am a stay at home mom, who homeschools my youngest daughter (she is 15). My oldest son also live with me (he is 23). This means that I'm am available to you pup all day and all night! A typical day usually starts at 630am with a trip to the backyard to get out the morning zoomies. Breakfast is served around 7am. Weather permitted we will have 3 or 4 more scheduled backyard play time before dinner at 5pm. We have one more outdoor playtime around 6pm. We start bedtime around 9pm with a quick potty break and then we all settle in for the night. Outdoor playtime is dictated by the dog, so it can last for 30 minutes to over 3 hours. Just as any additional potty breaks that each individual needs, will be met. If we have bad weather, I encourage mental simulation with lick mats, frozen songs, dog toys, and puzzles.
