I've been involved with dogs all my life get on well and enjoy their company I've worked with all types of dogs,my parents used to show and breed golden retrievers and I used to run a successful grooming business.I can offer a home from home in a lovely location with safe walks during the day.The dogs stay in the house as part of and are treated as a member of the family during their stay. My house is a listed 17c cottage down along private drive away from the road. I am situated in the middle of farmland with walks directly from the house and with no close neighbours and no public rights of way. The setting is peaceful and dog friendly. The back garden is fully enclosed and safe so there is no risk of escape artists getting out.

My dogs Lexie and Baxter most definitely enjoyed their stay with Samantha. They were well looked after and thoroughly spoilt. Samantha really liked them too. I will definitely be using Samantha again as my babies felt right at home on their first visit. Happy dogs, Happy owner 😀
Sam is now Ruby’s #2 mum. Couldn’t imagine a more caring haven for Ruby when I have to be away.

Sam is fantastic! Frankie had an amazing time with Sam while we were away for eight nights. We received regular updates, videos and photos of Frankie playing and enjoying his time with Sam and the other dogs that were under her care. Frankie was his happy self when we picked him up, we will definitely be contacting Sam again next time we go away!

I only take neutered dogs and bitches. I do not accept dogs that are from Romania or other Eastern European countries, Staffordshire bull Terriers, reactive or dogs that are territorial over food or toys. I
A typical day
I’m at home pretty much all of the time. Feeding time is usually about 7am and 5pm. In good weather dogs can go in and out to the garden as they please. Walks are in the afternoon across private farm land.
