Ryan was absolutely amazing! We have difficult huskies (one with reactive tendencies towards other dogs) so needless to say we were nervous about leaving them with a total stranger, but Ryan was great at putting me at ease, sent pictures and messages at least twice a day, and we came back to two very tired huskies. Ryan was seriously the BEST!!!! We have a very complicated situation with our dogs, and were turned down by several dog sitting companies in the area. When we found Ryan through Rover, he was immediately up for the challenge, even though it was very last-minute and one of our rescue dogs can be aggressive towards strangers. Ryan was great with communication and giving us updates, and I had total peace of mind knowing that our dogs were in good hands. We have never left our dogs with anyone but family before, but I felt completely comfortable leaving Ryan in charge of our pups. I feel like he truly treated our dogs as if they were his own, and we will absolutely book with him in the future.
