Having been born in to a household sharing parents with a border collie, four legged company is somewhat hardwired into my DNA. All shapes and sizes have come and gone, including some lovable rogue rescues, more border collies, westies, a Bernese mountain mountain dog and most recently our resident Cockapoo, Basil. I work from home 5 days a week and my desk is in the kitchen, where my husband and I have an open plan living area that opens on the back garden (all the better to keep an eye on digging activity...!) There would be no more than two dogs at any one time and any overnighters can stay in the crate or on the floor/sofa if allowed! I would kindly ask any favourite toys or bedding be supplied. If the weather holds and we have time, we hop in the car ( in-car lead attachment and spare travel crate are installed ) to Gunnersbury and/or Richmond Parks.. otherwise Basil and I rotate walkies between the river path and Ravenscourt Park.
