Breathe of fresh air! I am from Westchester County, NY, and I was in Saratoga over the weekend for a wedding. I was stressing out looking for the right person that could watch my dog and who had a schedule that Pluto could easily accommodate with. I was referred and came across Riley's profile. He asked questions about my dog including likes/dislikes, etc. Communication with Riley was smooth and prompt! Riley was very accommodating with his schedule and was understanding when I dropped Pluto off late at his home and picked him up earlier than scheduled. As this was my first dog boarding / Rover experience, dropping Pluto off was hard for me. However, Riley was extremely gentle and kind to Pluto. I also told Riley that I was very anxious being part of a wedding and he assured me that everything was going to go well and that Pluto was in good hands... He was right. During the wedding rehearsal and ceremony/reception, Riley sent updates and pictures. Pluto looked tired- which was a good sign since Pluto is very energetic! Overall, I could not have imagined someone else taking care of my dog. Riley literally takes the weight off your shoulders. So don't look at other profiles, book him!
