Hi! My name is Ric. I’ve had pets my entire life, in fact growing up, my home was a figurative zoo: finches, ferrets, dogs of many breeds and sizes, cats, fish, rabbits, rats, mice, and turtles. Even into adulthood, I’ve never not owned a pet - nearly all of them rescues. I’m the person who asks pet every dog in the elevator and will remember the pet’s name longer than that of their owner. Today I own one cat. Her name is Akira and she is about 16. I have experience caring for pets of all different sizes and breeds and pets with special needs including administering medications. Since I work remotely, when sitting from your home or apartment I’ll be able to spend around-the-clock time with your pet(s) which is a huge win for your pet (and me)!

Ric is not only my best friend but somebody I have always trusted to take care of my pets for the whole duration of our friendship. When we lived together I had no worries that my dog was loved and taken care of by Ric. He is an animal lover and has the biggest heart. He even saved a wild bunny from being hit by a car and took it to a rescue facility while I was with him on a leisure day or errands. You will not be disappointed in having Ric take care of your pet and home.

I have seen Ric interact and care for many animals in the 20 years I have known him. When I was moving across the country Ric offered to let my dog, Gary, stay with him for a couple months while I got everything settled to lessen the stress on Gary. Ric kept up with communication with the use of texting, FaceTiming, and pictures. He has such care and love for dogs in the way he interacts, connects, and loves each and every pet he comes in contact with. Ric is very honest, loving, caring, and trustworthy.
