FIRST TIME USING ROVER. Raymond was great. He was welcoming when we dropped off/picked up, accommodating to some special request that we had with Spanky's food, and took on unexpected resistance to walks like a pro. Though we have had Spanky for 5+ years he is a rescue and carries a little extra baggage. He was a definitely anxious being away from us in a new place for the first time, but Raymond helped make Spanky feel at home and we are so thankful. We were sent some pics, and he was responsive when we wanted to check in on how things were going. Good guy, good home, HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Thanks Raymond!!

Really appreciated Raymonds flexibility with planning around the holidays. He was very kind and welcoming to my dog, making us both feel at ease and comfortable with the arrangement. He took my dog to the beach, out in the woods, and snuggled on the couch. All of my dogs favorites! I would have loved some more updates, but it was a short visit so not a big deal. Would recommend him definitely!
