I am a caring and responsible Aurora based animal lover. Currently I live with my husband, who is stationed at Buckley AFB, and our two adorable and friendly fur babies, our 4 year old cat Josie and our 1.5 year old mix dog Riley! (When I dog sit Josie stays in her own bedroom where she is more comfortable, so no worries if your dog isn't cat friendly, I'm very experienced and comfortable keeping them separate). I am a graduate student finishing up my education, which means that I work entirely from home and can spend lots of energy lavishing individual attention on your pet! I have been a dog lover my whole life and while growing up had a beloved standard poodle with severe separation anxiety for over 11 years. From this experience I have a close understanding of how stressful being away from home can be, for not only pet parents, but for their dogs as well. Because of this I strive to make each dog feel as comfortable and secure as possible while away from home. To make both you and your pet more comfortable I provide constant individual attention during your pet’s stay. This is including as many snuggles and walks as necessary for your dog and picture updates for you! In addition to walks, I also live within a two minute walk to a fenced in dog park where your dog can freely explore and play in. Prior to booking I am also totally willing to have a meet and greet so that you and your dog can get to know me and even my dog Riley to see if we'd be a good fit. I am also more than happy to pet sit cats in my home (who will be kept separate from any dogs!) Overall, I am happy to go the extra mile to make sure your pet's stay is positive, safe, and fun!
