My family has been life-long dog, cat, and animals-of-any-sort owners. I raised two dogs from infancy, taken care of older or very ill dogs that require medicine and care regimens, and I was a foster home for the SPCA back home in Ohio. I feel comfortable with dogs young and old alike. I've hired sitters for my pets while growing up, cultivating lifelong relationships with them over the years, so I understand the importance of this role and the responsibility that comes with it. I have cared for dogs with a variety of training levels, from puppies to older pets with set routines. And I have also cared for pets who have either just entered a new home from a rescue shelter or have recently experienced a trauma who need some extra patience and assistance.
