Hi there! My name is Paula, and my husband is Steve. We enjoy dogs very much and have been caring for dogs 10+ years. We currently have one dog, a 10-year-old Boston terrier named Franchesca. She is a pretty laid-back dog who is obsessed with her tennis balls! We are available just about anytime to watch your fur baby! We are home full-time and have a large fenced in backyard. We love to go on walks and play fetch at the park across from our neighborhood. We let dogs on our furniture as we treat them like family :-) We are non-smokers. We do have a young baby in the home but someone is always supervising both the dogs and the baby. We are happy to watch your puppy however he/she must be fully housebroken. Leaving our pup for the first time was so nerve wracking and I was incredibly anxious. Paula helped soothe my nerves and assured me she would take great care of Izzy. She was great about sending photos and Izzy looked totally relaxed. We wouldn’t hesitate to leave her in Paula’s care when we take our next trip. Thanks for being so awesome!
Paula has a beautiful home with a gorgeous fenced in back yard that is perfect as a pooch paradise. I especially appreciated that she made time for us to come visit her and her home with our dog before our first stay. While we were away she sent bunches of photos and sent us reports that were chatty and written by a true dog lover. I simply cannot say enough about Paula and her attitude. She makes her four-legged guests truly part of her home and her family and we are so grateful to have found her.
Although nervous about leaving our pups with new people, within a few minutes of meeting Paula and Steve, all our family, 2-legged and 4, were glad we found them. Great people! And based on our dogs' behavior when we picked them up, the dogs agree. They both came home came home relaxed and animated, not our past experience when they've been boarded. Paula was wonderful with communicating and sending photos, and flexible about drop-off and pick-up times. I've missed a lot of travel opps not wanting to leave my pets. I do believe Paula and Steve have changed that!
Paula and Steve took great care of Turbo! We would definitely use them again.
