Your dog’s second family
Pet care experience
Safe, fun, and flexible care for dogs 65 pounds or less. When your fur baby is with me, they get to socialize with our very playful and submissive 60-pound male dog named Matzah, and enjoy lots of belly rubs. BENEFITS ▪️ Fenced backyard (over 5000 sq ft) ▪️ Dogs can sleep anywhere ▪️ Always with people (I work full time from home) ▪️ 20+ years caring for dogs (mostly for fun) ▪️ Can crate dogs 80lbs or less if needed I grew up with dogs and enjoy training, walking, riding my bike and even swimming with them. Before having children of my own, I raised 2 pedigreed basset hounds and 2 German shepherds. Now that my children are enjoying lives on their own, we take care of our 3 rescues and their friends 😃
Reviews
If I could give 10 stars I would! Working with Patricia was absolutely wonderful. Patricia and her family, including her four-legged family, treated my pup like she was one of their own. We were really nervous to leaving our little one, but Patricia went out of her way to send videos, photos, and updates every day. She was incredibly communicative, and I was at ease knowing the incredible level of care Patricia provided. Patricia, I truly cannot thank you enough. So grateful for all!!
We left Toby with Patricia, and it was a fantastic experience. She was professional, reliable, and clearly loves animals. Patricia kept us updated with messages and photos, ensuring Toby was happy and well cared for. It was evident that Toby enjoyed his time with her, and we returned to a happy pup. We highly recommend Patricia for anyone in need of a caring pet sitter. Thank you, Patricia, for taking such good care of Toby!
Patricia was amazing! This was our first time using Rover and we were blown away by the quality of her care for our dog. She texted us picture updates 2-3 times a day and we know that our dog had a fun time, especially since he got to be around several other dogs! Thank you, Patricia!
Patricia is exceptional!! Everything your looking for in a sitter. Excellent communication as she kept me updated throughout the time. Is experienced and can handle multiple dogs under her care. She made me feel comfortable and at ease as she kept Ming feeling at home and active.

SAFETY REQUIREMENT before booking: Meet and greet. If your dog is 2 years old and has not been with other dogs, you‘ll need to leave them in our home for about 2-3 hours so we can see how it behaves when you’re not around. Puppies and well-socialized adults will only require 30 mins or less. We have a fully enclosed backyard with 5.5-foot high fencing. There are cameras in and outside our property so I can watch them from anywhere. If I need to run an errand, either my hubby or one of my adult children can help with care.

A typical day
I enjoy engaging dogs physically and mentally. Dogs of the same energy can play all day in either the main floor or in the basement with me while I work. We’d break for about 5 mins every 2 hours to learn/reinforce basic commands like sit, down and stay. If outdoor temperatures fall within 45-85F, we’ll walk in the morning and afternoon. My 65-lb mixed breed walks/runs with me about an hour a day. One of his favorite games is ‘find it’ where we hide a toy and he searches for it.
