I currently live in an apartment complex in Ballard and work as a designer downtown. I’m yearning for a dog of my own, but until then I’d love the opportunity to fill that void by walking and caring for your pup! I am very familiar with many breeds and their temperaments, quirks and personalities. I've been known to make dogs feel at ease and comfortable with me very quickly. I was an active "Dog TLC" volunteer at Whatcom Humane Society in Bellingham for a year. At WHS I walked and cared for dogs of all sizes and ages. I am sensitive to the needs of all animals, and would love to care for your pup! I am very willing to dedicate my time to walk, feed, love and care for your dog in a safe and responsible way. I've grown up with two high-maintenance and mischievous Shiba Inus, now senior dogs. From them I have experience with incontinence issues and canine cognitive disorders. Shibas are prone escape artists, so I'm also familiar with how to keep dogs from getting out and running off, as well as how to deal with finicky or stubborn walkers.
