There’s a special place in my heart for animals – and that special place takes up the majority of it! You could say I grew up with dogs my entire life. Between my parents, grandparents, and close friends, I was always around dogs! Animal care has been an interest of mine since a young age, so naturally as an adult, pet-sitting was a no-brainer. As a teenager, I would pet-sit for family and friends. I was relied on to take dogs out for walks and look after cats. I continued pet-sitting on and off as another way to make some extra money as a student and when I was 21, a friend introduced me to Rover! Much of my clientele comes from word of mouth, and Rover has expanded that world for me. Still going strong at 27 years old! I have a lot of experience with pets all ages, but especially the seniors (who I have a soft spot for). I’m very comfortable with providing medication when needed, and cleaning up accidents is basically second nature. I'm open to accommodating any needs for your pet; it's my pleasure! The comfort level and happiness of your dog is my main concern, and I pride myself in making sure they are as content and loved as possible while their family is away. I’m happy to send you updates throughout the duration of my services so you will always be in-the-know and have peace of mind! I have experience with more than cats and dogs! I’ve looked after birds, lizards, rodents, and even chickens! I’ve had to feed sugar gliders and check in on a toad on occasion too.
