I'm so happy that we found Olivia through Rover. She kept us updated about our pets through the weekend, so we were able to relax and enjoy our trip. Olivia even sent us a picture of our dog, so we could see for ourselves that she was happy and healthy. Thanks so much to Olivia - she was so patient with our 14 year old dog who needed extra TLC. We 100% recommend her to anyone who needs a pet sitter, and plan to use her the next time we take a trip.

Olivia was quick to respond to inquiry and was very nice when she came over to meet us and our pups. We picked the watch our dogs in our home option on her profile. However we were disappointed to find out she did not stay the night with our pups even though I was very specific that we did not want them to sleep in their crates. She said she didn't know we wanted her to stay the night. Even though I showed her the guest room saying "this is where you can sleep" and had a conversation about where the pups usually sleep (one usually sleeps under the covers with you and she said that was fine). She told me she came though out the day and stayed till stayed until 11 and then came back in the morning at 7. However we have an alarm system that keeps a log of when doors are open and closed and shows she came once at 4 and left at 4:30 and did not return til 7:30 the next morning. That's about 15 hours! our pups were in their crates over night (we were also very specific that they should not stay in their crates for over 8 hours). That length of time is unacceptable!! One of them does not have a bed in his crate so he spent the night with nothing comfy to lay on. She did return at 7:30 am and said she would stay til 12 but again the logs show she left at 8:30. We ended up cutting out visit with family short to come back early so our pups wouldn't have to be in their crates any longer. I'm disappointed that I paid for an over night stay and only got a drop in. For the 27 hours we were gone the pups were only out of their crates about 1.5 hours!! Like I said Olivia was very nice and I think she means well but just be very specific on what you are expecting.
