Pet care experience
Hi! I'm a recent college grad and just noved here from Oregon. For four years I worked at a dog kennel, and for 1 year at Petsmart in the fish & small pet department. My jobs mean that I have experience in grooming, medical care, emergency situations and training. I love taking client dogs hiking or too the dog park, and my roommate and I have a collie mix named Ori who would love to make friends. What you get when trusting me with your pet is dedication, experience, enthusiasm and dependability. I'm comfortable with dogs of all sizes, temperaments, and ages. I've also raised multiple litters of kittens and puppies, and had sheep, chickens and horses. All any pet needs is patience and affection. I love animals, and would be glad to care for yours as if they are my own.

I am a VERY particular dog parent so this review covers the good and a suggestion for improvement. I was very afraid of leaving my girls behind but Olivia did a great job from the start. She was willing to meet and answered all my questions and concerns, putting me at ease prior to my 8 day trip. The day before my trip we met again so my dogs had a fresh memory of her. I was very pleased with Olivia's interaction with my 13 year old - she is quite needy and can be difficult since she is afraid of everything. My 9 year old on the other hand prefers being left alone when someone other than me is caring for her and Olivia did just that. Great things about Olivia: patient and was always a sweetheart with both of my girls. She also took them on long walks, which they appreciated very much. We had an issue where my cameras suddenly turned off, but Olivia turned them back on upon my request and a couple tries. She always answered my texts and took my advice when trying to get my older one to adapt to her. Suggested improvement: communication. I noticed I only got updates about issues she was having with them if I asked. Since this was the first time she was caring for my dogs it was a learning experience for all of us. I kept informed of a couple issues due to my cameras, but once I asked about it Olivia did great at following instructions and everything was just fine after that. Overall, Olivia did an amazing job from beginning to end. Her schedule changed just prior to her start date with caring for my girls, which caused a couple delays with their meals, but Olivia communicated with me the day before so we were all on the same page. She was also very diligent about my dog's meds. She gave Olivia a hard time at first, but Olivia made sure to adapt to the situation and give her meds one way or another. She also spent a lot of time with my girls, laying on the floor with them, petting and giving them attention. I would hire her again and recommend her services to anyone.
I can't rave enough about Olivia! She was unfazed by what I would consider quirks of my two dogs, who also happen to be opposites of each other. She was communicative and responsive, and most importantly kept our dogs safe and happy! Thank you, Olivia!

I have used Olivia several times. Olivia is prompt in her replies and takes very good care of all my pets and house. I have a shy Aussie, and she has managed to bond with him. I also love the pictures she sends.

Feeding and potty schedules and any special needs your dog has or anything they particularly enjoy. I'm especially fond of big dogs, and personally I've owned an Anatolian shepherd, German shepherd, border collie, and a beagle.
A typical day
I'd love to go on some scenic walks, to the dog park, or around my neighborhood or the owner's. We can play fetch, run or practice tricks or hang out and get lots of attention. Whatever the owner is comfortable with.
