Pet care experience
My family always had rescue dogs growing up, so I have been taking care of and training dogs since I was a kid. I hated not having a dog during college and Army training, but I finally rescued a puppy last fall and have enjoyed training her and watching her grow up! I have personal experience working with dogs that have behavioral “quirks” and I love all breeds. I cat-sat in high school and last summer, and I have had pets of all kinds to include hedgehogs, turtles, and guinea pigs. I’m an animal lover and I’m looking forward to taking care of your pets!

I will check in with you when I arrive to your home and when I leave, and I’ll take lots of pictures of your cutie(s) to send to you! I have one friendly puppy and a fenced in yard. I also have a kennel and a baby gate if needed.

Please let me know if your dog has any special accommodations or needs that I can fulfill. If it’s something I haven’t done before, I’d love to learn and you can show me how you do it during a meet and greet. Please let me know if your dog has any allergies, aversions, or is territorial about food or their toys. I will do whatever is needed to accommodate your pets!
A typical day
I will play with them, work on commands, and give lots of cuddles. I can take your dog to the nearest dog park for socialization, or I can bring my (extremely well behaved) puppy by for a drop in, if your dog prefers a quieter setting to socialize. If your dog needs to let out a lot of steam, I dabble in endurance running and I would be more than willing to take your dog for a run! Just let me know :)

I work full time during the week, but I am open on weekends and holidays. I’m flexible with time, and I don’t mind scheduling on short notice! Feel free to message me anytime and I’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
