Nisha is absolutely amazing. We were out of the country for about twelve days and I was super stressed out about what to do with our two fur babies. She is incredibly professional, came to the meet-and-greet with thoughtful questions, and we discussed ahead of time what to expect. Nisha provided an update at the end of each day that let us know how the kitties were and if anything of note had happened. There were a few times when she reached out additionally with questions and once to let us know that one of the kitties had thrown up (but then gave us further updates on their eating and playing habits). She provided lots of pictures and it was clear that the fur babies were being played with and cared for. When we came home, everything was clean and in-order. The kitties were happy to see us but not in a way that made me think they had been starved for love and attention, more of a "oh, it's you again!" kind of way. All in all, it was a great experience, and I think both humans and cats would be more than happy for Nisha to come stay again!

Nisha was super! Very attentive in terms of communication and asking the needs of my pets. I was not worried at all while away which was so refreshing, I will definitely hire again!
