Hi there! I am in a professional dog training academy and used to work at an animal hospital. I also used to volunteer at a cat sanctuary, where I learned the best ways to handle and interact with cats who didn't know me well enough. I have experience looking after young, senior, small, and big dogs. Family and friends think of me when they need someone to look after their fur babies. My whole life, I've had dogs (German Shepherds) and cats in my house. For me, a house isn't a home without dogs and/or cats! Growing up around dogs and cats has allowed me to understand better what they want/think, whether they express it vocally or through their actions or body language.

Nicque was very accommodating to a last minute request for a weekend dog walking and she did a great job. We'll definitely book with her again for future dog walking and sitting.
Nicque was absolutely wonderful! Our 8 month old French Bulldog is a super friendly funny little guy, but he can be quite mischievous and busy. She handled it great and he loved her. Nicque gave us photos and updates and was very quick with response times while we were away. I highly recommend her.
This was our first time using Rover. We have a Cane Corso, which is a breed that doesn’t trust many people, and that also needs someone that is not going to let them get pushed around. Nicque was that person for us. She offered to come visit with him as many times as we needed, to get to know him, and for him to feel comfortable with her. It didn’t take many visits. Our dog took to her right away, which put our minds at ease while we were away. She kept us updated and sent pictures throughout the days we were gone. As a bonus she washed all the towels and bedding that was used. We are now able to book more vacations knowing that when we leave we will have someone that cares for our fur babies. She treats them as if they were her own.
We were so fortunate to find Nicque to babysit our 4 cats and 2 dogs for a week. She was/is wonderful!! She quickly learned their routines and won their affection and it is apparent that they enjoyed her company. She gave us excellent detailed and reassuring status reports during our trip. We would highly recommend Nicque for any house sitting needed and she will be the first one we seek out the next time we need a house sitter. Thanks for a great job, Nicque!!

I'll always ask detailed questions before I'm left with your fur babies to make sure I understand not just their schedule but their behaviors. It's important to know allergies, your rules when it comes to furniture, what I need to keep out of reach, and behaviors that appear unusual to strangers but are normal to you.
A typical day
Unless instructed otherwise by you, I love to play fetch with dogs in their backyards and take them on walks near your homes or drive to a place. If they want to run around the yard, I'll run with them! If a dog is in training, I'll practice with them and reward them with treats. I love to play with cats and their toys, or if they want to be petted or brushed, I'll sit there forever doing just that!
