Nicole first asked a series of questions that focused on my dog's likes, dislikes, fears, and special needs. She used that knowledge to design an action packed schedule custom tailored for my dog with the optimal balance of exercise, recreation, socialization with other dogs, and naptime in between. She didn't go on a daily walk, she went on like several daily walks. When I picked my dog up, I could instantly tell that my dog had the perfect balance of exercise, play, and rest. She was calm and content. She was tired, but well rested at the same time. She was calm, confident, happy, and so well cared for by Nicole and her family. If you just want someone to give your dog adequate food, water, and bathroom breaks with minimal attention, you may want to skip Nicole. But if you also want your dog immersed in individualized love and attention by real dog lovers, you will not be able to find anyone better. I say this as a 6 year Rover veteran. Nicole and her family are in a league of their own. Nicole claims to work from home, but didn't say on what. Perhaps that's because she's an author writing the book on how to be the #1 host on the Rover platform. You will not find anyone better.
