Professional, caring, and reliable!
Pet care experience
Hi! Looking for a caring and reliable pet sitter? You’ve found one! I worked professionally with dogs for 4 years and have had dogs and cats my entire life. I dogsit regularly in addition to working full time from home as an engineer. I am currently trying to get more clients for drop-in visits, as my client list for pet boarding at my home is getting pretty full. However, if the dates work out and your dog does well with my dogs, I may be able to help you out for home boarding!! My dogs, Myla & Cheddar are my entire world! Myla is a sweet four year old American Black Lab rescue and Cheddar is a crazy two year old Golden Retriever. I have a Masters in Geoenvironmental Engineering from UMass Lowell. I prefer drop in visits at your home if you are gone overnight until I am more comfortable with your dog, as opposed to boarding at my house/ staying at yours. I have dogs of my own, so it is hard to stay over at hours overnight. I am comfortable administering medications and taking care of all types of pets (i.e. dogs, cats, fish, bunnies, turtles, reptiles, sugar gliders, chinchillas)!! I can also give baths and cut nails for an additional charge as long as your dog does not get upset during it!
Reviews
Nicole is amazing, responsible, and reliable. We have a cat, dog, and rabbit. She is consistent with caring for and loving our pets while we are away. We get pictures and questions when she is concerned. She is responsible and reliable. We highly recommend Nicole! The peace of mind she gives us as a family of 4 is priceless!
Nicole has watched my two dogs on a consistent basis for over a year. She stays in contact throughout her time with my dogs and I always come home to happy doggies that were very well cared for. I would recommend her over and over again!
Nicole is fantastic. My schedule is all over the place, so a lot of things for me are last minute, she’s always very accommodating. I have three rescue dogs and she is fantastic with each one of them. Each have their own personality and she knows just how to handle each one. She’s stayed at my house multiple times, along with picked up my dogs/taking them to the park/walks/taking them for the day. Anything you’re looking for Nicole is you’re girl.
Nicole has been taking care of my two golden retrievers for many years now. She is the only one I trust to care for them. She always asks if there is anything specific she should know about them. (Examples: with walking them, feeding them, medications or any other important things she may need to know to Care for my babies as if they were with us) Unlike some other places, Nicole loves and snuggles and cares for my babies just because she loves all animals and treats them as if they are her own. She goes above and beyond because she knows how I miss Riley and Sadie when we are away and sends pictures to make me feel better. I highly recommend Nicole for all your animal care needs.

Your pets are treated like my own when they board here! I do have a fully fenced in backyard, crates/ baby gates available, and separate rooms for space and comfort if required. They are welcome to sleep where they please (most choose in our bed with us!). I do accept pets from different homes at the same time, but I require a Meet & Greet with all dogs before boarding stays can be booked. I have several years of experience working with dogs and know how to judge if dogs will get along and analyze their behavior/ level of comfortability. Feedings are always separate and safe. I never leave pets from different families out together if I am not home and my dogs are crated when we leave. I have crates available or can block of a space to separate dogs in these circumstances. Safety and fun is my number 1 priority!

Information Nicole B. would like to know about your pet
No breed restrictions. I am very selective on dogs that I allow to board at my house, but I have no problem going to your house for drop in visits multiple times a day, that is my preference of care! I need to know feeding instructions (how many times per day, how much, is it okay to leave out if not eaten, etc.) and any info about medication. I also need to know if you’d like time to walk them or just let them out, plus any general safety notes.
A typical day
I always am happy to play fetch or with toys with my drop-in clients and if they don’t like to play, I love to sit on the couch with them and snuggle! I’ve taken dog on day trips to the beach, apple picking, all sorts of fun things! Your dog will be treated as my own in my care!
