Natalie P. cancelled a booking 1 day before it was scheduled to begin.

Natalie looked after my chihuahua Tommy at our home while we were away for around 10 days. It was the first time that we would be leaving Tommy with a stranger and I was very apprehensive as Tommy has anxiety issues and he can be very stressed and reserved around strangers. Natalie, however, did everything she could to make us and Tommy feel at ease right from the start, she recommended a meet and greet and also arranged to spend a whole day with him before our vacations. I could tell already that Tommy would have a good time with her and I wasn’t wrong. During the time we were away I received regular updates (both videos and photos) and I could tell that Tommy had a great and stress-free time with Natalie which meant the world to me and allowed me to also have relaxing holidays. Finally, our home was kept very clean and tidy which I am very appreciative of. I honestly feel very lucky that I have found Natalie through Rover and I wholeheartedly recommend her to everyone as she is very experienced and trustworthy. I am sure that Tommy is looking forward to spending more time with her on our next vacation away.
