We had a dog since I was a baby (a black poodle, medium size) then as well a spaniel, but as we lived in Greece where you can find a lot of stray dogs I always took care of them (often brought them home) and volunteered in a charity that was working to neuter and re-home those dogs and their puppies. I haven’t had a dog for the last 17 years while studying in Poland and then living in London, but I have been taking care of my friends’ dogs when they are away and have been a dog sitter with Rover for the last 4 years. We definitely plan to have one of our own one day!! I consider myself a dog person but I love cats too! I love the cheekyness and curiosity of a cat and the honesty, connection and friendship you can have with a dog. I love to play with them and cuddle them - I think it’s so therapeutic! Time spent with a dog is a time well spent and it makes one’s heart grow! I live with my partner in a house with a fenced garden and we both love dogs, Oliver also grew up having a dog. We both work from home. We are both pretty active and we love going to the park to walk or run, so your pet will get a lot of playtime and exercise if they are up for it!:) Equally if a dog is a bit older or weaker they will get the care and attention they need. They will also get lots of cuddles! :)
